### 5/5 — Probably the best coffee app on the market

*2026-09-07*

The developers are updating the app very quickly, and many features provide great insight into how specialty coffee lovers' workflow. Keep up the great work!

### 5/5 — Best Coffee App out there

*2026-07-08*

I tried all the most popular coffee apps and none compare to BeanBook. Many have too many options. Others not enough. Some are so convoluted it’s a chore to add them to your routine. Others don’t even offer a slot to add the variety or origin. BeanBook is the perfect app. It logs all the information about your beans effortlessly with AI and gives you a simple usable pour over guide that can easily be modified.

**Developer response:** Hi Emer, reviews like this are the reason we keep improving BeanBook every day! I’m especially happy to hear that the AI logging and pour-over guide are making your routine easier.

I hope you’ve tried our latest Brew Calculator. We’d love to hear what you think!

Have a great brew! ☕️ from Rokey

### 5/5 — Genuinely worth it

*2026-06-21*

My trial is almost up and I’m subscribing. Why? Because this app genuinely does what I want it to as a casual enthusiast coffee snob without me needing to input every detail of every variable. And look, I’m not the biggest AI fan but the way it’s able to pull in the right info (most of the time) when I scan a bag is impressive. I also love that they have been active at listening to user feedback and implementing new features at a steady clip. Really like the customizable resting timers. And the recently launched brew calculator is perfect for quick reference when I make odd sized batches. As someone with 8 bags or so on rotation at any given point in time, this app gives me the simplest way to pick a brew in the morning without fuss. Lastly, appreciate the fun and playful design of the app. Keep it up devs!

**Developer response:** As one of the two people behind BeanBook, reading this genuinely made my day. We built BeanBook because we wanted something that helped us enjoy coffee more without needing to log every tiny variable, so it’s awesome to hear that’s exactly how you’re using it.

Good news: Brew Timer and Calculator is live now. And thanks for subscribing—it means a lot to a tiny team like ours. We’ve got plenty more brewing ☕️

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-06-11*

I have been using this application for about three months to track my speciality coffees. It is very intuitive, easy and fun to use. It has AI functionality that makes it easy to add beans without a lot of effort. The developer is very committed to updating and improving the application, lots of new features have been added over the time I have been using it

**Developer response:** I'm so glad you said "Fun to use", this is what we are building for!

It means a lot to hear that the app is making coffee tracking easier and more enjoyable. We’re a tiny team, so seeing feedback like this keeps us motivated to keep improving.

Thanks for your support and have a great brew there in Australia!

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2026-05-09*

Every time I open the app, it freezes and closes. Very disappointing.

**Developer response:** I'm really sorry the recent update introduced an unexpected bug. The new version has fixed this. Please update to solve the problem.

- Rokey from the BeanBook team

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work on 17 Pro Max

*2026-05-08*

Immediately crashed upon tapping “get started”, tried reinstalling it, same result, crashes every time.

**Developer response:** Hi CujoSeven — thank you for reporting this, I’m really sorry about the crash. We identified the issue affecting some users and already have a fix in progress. A new update will be submitted as quickly as possible. I hope you can try it again in our next build

### 5/5 — Fantastic app

*2026-04-25*

I am so glad I found this app. I'm a recent coffee devotee, and being able to keep track of my hits... and misses... is a huge help.

Having so many recipes and various brewing styles is great, too, as I have 14 different brewers now (I am a bit obsessive about my hobbies), and having recipes, and videos for all of them is amazing!

I even started using the AI feature for specific beans, asking for brew temperatures or grind size suggestions. I was quite sceptical of that particular feature, but I have to admit it's been right more often than not.

**Developer response:** That’s amazing to hear! Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. 14 brewers(I only got 10) is honestly impressive 😄 You’re definitely deep in the coffee rabbit hole now. That’s exactly the kind of journey we hoped BeanBook could help with.

Happy to hear the AI suggestions have been useful. I was skeptical about that part too at first, so it means a lot that it’s actually helping with temperatures and grind ideas in real brewing situations.

Thanks again for the support!

### 5/5 — Cool app

*2026-04-20*

I absolutely love this app! It has become an essential part of my daily coffee routine. The design is clean, intuitive, and приятно пользоваться every day. It really helps me track and explore different coffees, making the whole experience more engaging and fun. You can feel the care and passion behind the development. Highly recommended for anyone who truly enjoys coffee and wants to dive deeper into the world of beans!

**Developer response:** We are especially happy to hear BeanBook has become part of your daily coffee routine. Making the app feel clean, useful, and enjoyable to use every day is exactly what we care about most. Thanks again for the kind words and support!

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2026-04-07*

This app is coffee lovers dream!! Everything about it enhances my experience as a home brewer. After trying multiple apps to track my coffee, no other app offers what BeanBook has to offer. I am now a Pro Subscriber. To the development team: congratulations, thank you, and keep up the great work!!

**Developer response:** Thank you so much, JPhilippe, your feedback made my day!

We built BeanBook because we also felt coffee tracking apps were either too limited or didn’t really fit the way home brewers actually explore beans and recipes.

And thank you for becoming a Pro subscriber — your support directly helps me keep improving BeanBook. Really appreciate it!

### 5/5 — The best

*2026-03-27*

Best coffee bean organization

**Developer response:** I'm so glad you like it! the v1.9.1 includes much more useful tool, and the V2.0 is coming!
