If your screen times out, the timer stops. Any results for DTR is unreliable. Roasting coffee isn’t difficult and you don’t really need all those gadgets other people use, simple tools like this can provide good information. However I have a few suggestions. I don’t dark roast often but it would be helpful with a second crack button. It would also be helpful if you were able to enter the bean your roasting and roast date.
