COG Admin is the official mobile companion for managing organizational operations at COG. Track concerns, coordinate room reservations, monitor meal stub allocations, and access real-time analytics — all from one app.

CONCERNS MANAGEMENT
Create, assign, and track organizational concerns with five urgency levels — from Normal to Emergency. Filter by group or assignee, search across all concerns, and update status through nine workflow stages. Get real-time visibility into what matters most.

ROOM RESERVATIONS
Browse reservations across all venue areas with a weekly calendar view. Filter by area — Main, GenBless, LIFE Studio, Kerusso, Jabez, Silang, Bethel, Trece, and more. See time slots, requestor details, pax counts, and setup requirements at a glance. Star your favorites for quick access.

MEAL STUBS
Monitor daily meal stub allocations by department and ministry. Track allocated, assigned, used, and unused counts with progress bars and color-coded utilization indicators. Navigate day by day or skip by week.

DASHBOARD
Your personalized home screen surfaces today's key numbers: concern counts with urgency alerts, today's room reservations, and meal utilization metrics. Jump straight into recent concerns or upcoming reservations.

REPORTS & ANALYTICS
