The fields are small and I cannot scroll so I can the field I’m typing into while typing. It’s a bit awkward. When I go in to pay my bill the keyboard overlays on top of where the data needs to be entered. I cannot scroll the main screen up nor can I adjust the keyboard. This is not ideal functionality. In order for the app to work I have to delete it from my phone and reinstall it and then it starts working again. The app will regularly forget your password and when you try to reset it both the apps website and cogecos actual website will redirect you to a broken web page. Customers support is a joke and your better off talking to a rock because you will be disconnected from the phone as it’s not designed to talk to an actual person they want you do do that online through a stupid chat bot. If the wifi wasnt so cheap this company should be run into the ground. I dare you to click the app support feature I bet you it will go to another broken error 404 page. Click forgot username…select contact by email or phone. When either is selected it takes you to page that says unable to log in. Click forgot password.
