Simplify the way you transport vehicles and freight with JustDrive. Easily start and stop trips, capture proof of pickup, and gather all of your required delivery documentation with only a few taps of your finger. While a delivery is underway, period updates are sent in the background to keep everyone up do date on your progress. JustDrive allows you to stay focused on the road ahead. JustDrive! Location Tracking Disclosure: JustDrive utilizes background location services to track your current location during active trips. This information is only used to track the location of vehicles and freight being moved via the Cogent platform and is not used to track your current location outside of active trips. Q/A: 1.) The JustDrive app is intended for drivers that are either employees or contractors of transport companies. This app was designed to help streamline their transport activities. The company utilizing the cogent platform would assign the driver a driver id in which they would sign in as. 2.) App is intended for United States & Canada. This is primarily the transport routes of our clients. 3.) General app store users specifically drivers can utilize to help their transport activities, if they are driving for any of the clients running the cogent enterprise platform. This being a utility it follows the same model as using any other application such as of the microsoft suite productions or adobe. 4.) Accounts are provided via the transport company(s) the driver is driving for. It may not be on singular company and they may driver for multiple companies. That is why we believed the app store was the best way to distribute the app. 5.) No additional paid content is provided app. It is designed to be used as an utility 6.) Also, it will show you trips that have already been assigned to other drivers. ### 2/5 — Useless searches could be fixed *2024-03-07* With the amount of information available to be supplied regarding a trip- there should be a way to search by many of the variables and not simply the pick up location. Search by number never shows the trip, search by destination never shows up, search by distance would be nice, search by hook would be very useful, search by vehicle would also be helpful, search by zip code is only useful if you have that information available. Drivers spend an enormous amount of time shuffling through half- detail trips and then having to call or submit questions in order to eliminate what whole information and search abilities should be providing. Time is money and having to disrupt the dispatchers to pry out important details for making business decisions that should already be provided is a waste of time for both driver and dispatcher. Spreadsheet data should be easily enough manipulated into a custom search of all data supplied. No vehicle moves without someone having all of the data that is available but it should not be withheld from the app that we are forced to use to book trips. This app could be more useful but it currently is a huge daily annoyance to scroll through roughly 300 options only to repeatedly look at the same trips and no way to sort to what a driver is capable of working with on any given day. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-01-30* The app hardly ever works ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2023-11-10* The company must be invested in this app. This is the worst money app I have ever seen. Charges you for anything and everything. Never works correctly but Quality Driveaway base our payment on app that doesn’t work. You have to email your information in and still settlement can’t see your documents but they don’t want duplicate emails. But since settlement is a employee and not a sub-.contractor they don’t really care. If I really had choice I wouldn’t choose this app to feed my dog with. You pay .50 to $2.50 every time you transfer your money off this card to your bank ‘ cause Just Drive app uses ACH to transfer what you worked for and states they cannot direct deposit but I bet all Quality Driveaway employees get free direct deposit as well as ATM withdrawals.
