Returned an item 8 weeks ago, they confirmed receipt and yet they haven’t issue the refund. Online chat couldn’t be less helpful ### 1/5 — RB *2023-05-21, version 2.18.0* Said I could have 20% off ANYTHING if I loaded the app but it said it wasn’t applicable on the item I was buying so it wasn’t really for ANYTHING at all! ### 1/5 — 10%discount- not applicable *2022-07-02, version 2.11.0* I came across this site whilst looking for a particular item of clothing and was enticed by the 10% discount offered for first time customers- it turned out this is not applicable when checking out and did not give as reason why??? False marketing … such a shame👎🏻 ### 1/5 — Absolutely rubbish, do not buy from here especially if buying a gift. *2021-03-27, version 2.0.0* I do not recommend this app, or shopping here. When I first got the app I signed up and made an account. I then went on to order a gift I intended to buy for someone’s birthday, order went through and I received an email confirming my purchase and telling me the money would be taken from my account when the order has dispatched. A few hours later I get a second email saying my order has been ‘ successfully cancelled’ with no further information. This confused me as I had not cancelled my order. I went back to the app to check on why it was saying I’ve cancelled and I had been logged out of my account, when I tried to log back in it said there was no email for this account or no existing account, which obviously wasn’t true. I messaged the live chat to explain what had happened and was briefly told they would let me know once they find out what happened, they never did. A couple days later I stupidly tried again thinking it must have been a big mistake and made a new account and purchased the same item, the same thing happened all over again(however it was throughout the space of 24 hours). Absolutely Terrible and completely unreliable ### 1/5 — 🤢 *2020-06-15, version 1.2.7* If you need to return things then this company is a joke,no return forms inside deliveries so it takes you 3 days of messaging to get one sent to you then i returned the item and heard nothing so contacted royal mail and they confirmed it was delivered over a week ago so contacted coggles again now it’s one message a day confirm name email etc etc it’s so bad that i am approaching my 28 day return policy,apart from that top notch company 🙄 ### 1/5 — Terrible *2019-12-27, version 1.2.4* You should be a shamed of yourself if you use this app they don’t care about customers, so I bought an item got confirmation email and so on then I don’t even get to know when my item dispatches ### 3/5 — Not too bad *2021-09-05, version 2.1.2* No option to like while scrolling. This will be my 4th purchase with this company and it’s probably one of the best companies I have dealt with. Easy navigation on the site and excellent deals. I did need to chase up a delivery query and the assistant was very helpful. If you need to contact them it’s easy.
