I called the customer support and check my balance it states that my money is still there but every time I swipe my card it declines and it shows $0 in my account on the app. I have sent 10 emails so far no one has reached out me about this problem. DO NOT get this app. I HAVE 4 more stories like this. I have reported this to police and made a scam report. Was told a check was on its way , waited 30 business days only to not receive anything. Was told a 2nd check has been issued and nothing ever came. They stopped replying to my emails and are useless over the phone with their endless lies, been 6 months now and I have yet to receive my money back from Cogni, i’ll be filing a BBB claim soon here. I’m giving 2 stars because Cogni ran a referral bonus promotion, and they haven’t delivered on what the promotion offered. I was supposed to receive $5 for opening the account and $5 per referral. After weeks of waiting, many phone calls to support and unanswered emails, I still haven’t received the promotional funds. Support says “there is an IT ticket” with my name on a very long list of others, who also haven’t received the promo funds.
