When you write a message the keyboard is covering the “send” button and there is no way to hide the keyboard. Basic communication is absolutely broken. ### 1/5 — So much potential *2025-07-06* But sadly it is totally useless! The app loses all formatting the school input and also it’s just a mess of information that seems to just go missing. Make this a native app for a start and not some cross platform rubbish! How on earth do you design a system where the submit button is hidden by the keyboard. Just horrible to use. Response to comment: Make this a native app and not some web based junk! ### 1/5 — Crashed *2020-10-06* Enough said ### 1/5 — No accessibility at all. *2020-09-14* There is literaly zero accessibility features in this app, they just haven’t bothered thinking about it at all. Now I can’t view e-mail in my system font size like I could before they moved to the app and I can’t even copy and paste from e-mails to a text file to increase and text wrap them. There just nothing and it prevents the system wise features from working properly with it too unless I screen zoom and have to scroll back and forth constantly for every line. It’s a real problem for me. **Developer response:** Thanks for the constructive feedback. We now have the ability to increase the font size. Generally useful, but needs a change around email. Key useful thing about email is you can search and refer back items, which you cannot do using this app. - Either you need to be able to search the inbox - Have a setting where users can choose to have all emails sent to an email address - At the very minimum be able to forward the email on to yourself or another user. **Developer response:** Hi there. Yes, we have listened to feedback about the in-app messages (which are different to email). We are looking at adding the search facility to our roadmap for future development. Thanks for the input. When I enter my password, the app automatically deletes the details as soon as I click ‘log in’ ### 3/5 — Please let the work again on a Mac *2023-04-05* This app works OK on an iPhone, but a few versions back it also worked on Mac (around July 2022, when the developer was Qt/QMake). It would be super useful if it could be made to work on Mac again. ### 3/5 — Enable forwarding messages to an e-mail address *2021-09-11* The app has decent enough functionality. It enables the collation of a lot of information in one place. However, if you are sent a message with 10 different attachments to fill or print, it’s just not practical to manage this through the app. Not being able to forward messages to an e-mail address is a very frustrating omission. **Developer response:** Thanks for your very constructive comments. There is a forms function in the app that should remove the need for completing attachments that ask for consent etc. You can also open docs on iphone in icloud or open them in the app and then choose another app on your phone (eg. mail) to then forward the doc to your own email account.
