When I logged out and tried to log in I got the same error message. When I went to the developer link I got the home page for Murphy’s Magic. At this point the app is literally useless. I am writing this review in hopes that some answers will be provided. There is no way to get in touch with support. When you report a bug on the Facebook group, the admins block the message. When you email Murphy’s magic, crickets. The app currently hasn’t been updated in eight months. 5 stars for the concept, 3 stars for the execution, and 1 star for customer service — 2 stars total. ### 3/5 — Come on *2023-06-08, version 1.1.5* I love this effect and is a great app in general. But… No support at all ### 5/5 — This is amazing! *2022-12-09, version 1.1.5* I wrote a negative review about the product a little while ago, I fully 100% apologize to Lloyd Barnes, this man contacted me personally and got me up and running within side of an hour. Do not underestimate everything you can do with this. Put some work into it. Use the facebook group to ask questions, get more routines, but most importantly watch what other people say about it. When you do this, it really seems like you do what you say you do. ### 5/5 — Outstanding! *2021-12-21, version 1.0.9* This app deserves to be in your arsenal! I am north of 50 years old and it took me a long time to embrace apps of any kind in my working repertoire. The thinking and implementation of Cognito is brilliant! Not to mention the active participation and response of the creator and the developer. This is now one of 4 apps that I use. Lastly the members of the Facebook group are outstanding! Very helpful & the creator may be the person to help you!
