## What is Cogworks?

Cogworks is your garage's brain — a single home for tracking maintenance across every bike you own.

Built for cyclists with more than one bike: the commuter and the weekend MTB, the road bike and the gravel rig, or the whole quiver of trail bikes you'd rather not admit to owning.

WHAT COGWORKS DOES

• Track wear — Live progress bars per component, calibrated to km, hours (suspension), or calendar months (tires, bar tape). See at a glance what's good, what's due, and what's overdue.
• Log every service — Replacement, service, inspection, cleaning. Full history per component, never lost.
• Get reminded — Daily reminder when anything crosses the threshold. No spam, just a heads-up before something breaks.
• Bundled templates — Pre-built MTB, road, gravel, and commuter templates with sensible service intervals out of the box. Tweak freely or start blank.
• Parts inventory — Track components across installs. A chain you pulled off the road bike keeps its lifetime km when you fit it to the gravel build.
• iCloud sync — Your garage follows you across devices. End-to-end encrypted, on Apple's infrastructure. No accounts, no servers we control.

• Premium, not pushy — No ads, no nags, no fake urgency. The paywall triggers exactly once: when you add a second bike.
• Privacy by default — Bike names, photos, costs, and notes never leave your device. Anonymous usage analytics only (off in Settings if you prefer).
• Built native — SwiftUI, SwiftData, CloudKit. No webviews, no cross-platform tax. Loads fast, feels fast.

  • Real parts — The catalog now knows actual components: Shimano and SRAM
  drivetrains, Fox and RockShox suspension, Maxxis, Schwalbe and Continental
  tires, Bosch and Shimano e-bike systems. Pick the exact part you run instead
  of a generic "chain."

  • Pick your bike type — A proper dropdown for the kind of bike: full-sus,
  hardtail, road, gravel, commuter, e-bike.

  • Build your shelf — Add spare parts straight to your inventory, not only by
  taking them off a bike.

  • A fresh coat of paint — A warmer, deeper look across the whole app, with
  clearer buttons and more polish everywhere.
