Conveniently use the single COHESION portal, available in web and mobile interfaces, for turn-key submissions and visibility to progress for visitor management, service requests, amenity booking, dock and freight elevator booking, parking management, bike room reservations and flex office space reservations. 

Easily access building and on-site amenities with mobile access key card at digital card readers. 

Quickly access building information, including contact information and availability of on-site amenities, such as, conference and meeting spaces, parking, bike room and fitness center, as well as, direct information and links to on-site restaurants, ATM machines, sundry shop and package center. 

Streamlined communications provide easier direct contact between you, your building and nearby amenities.  Contact building operations more quickly with hyperlinked phone numbers and email addresses in the app.  Engage with nearby restaurants and retail more easily with direct links to their websites.  Receive information more quickly via building push notifications regarding emergency alerts, building events and general announcements.  

Note: Some app features are only available to current occupants of the building with valid credentials.

One Star as every single day I am forced to “reconfigure” the app and even then it does not always work.  Generally speaking it fails to identify the security turnstiles in my building or only identifies some of them.  I have no idea if the issue is the app itself or the rest of the technology required to use it so the rating is for the solution as a whole.  If your office building asks you to use this app instead of a physical card insist on the physical card or at least ask for a discount on your rent.  Very frustrating that they have turned entering a building into a core.

Terrible. Always crashes, support is not helpful and can take days to get back to you. Don’t ever use Cohesion if you can avoid it. I’d give a -10 but yikes

Who uses this..? It’s…not functional. I like the concept I guess but there are so many different apps and websites that do the same and are better and actually functional

The Cohesion app has been a game changer for me. I can use my Apple Wallet to get into both my base building and my office. Getting set up was fast and easy. Great being able to book the conference room and desk in the same place. My facilities team is responsive to my work order tickets too! I love the design. It makes being productive at the office easy.
