## What is Cohesive?

Cohesive is the anti-digital detox. Discover what you want your time to be for, starting with the moments you catch yourself scrolling.

You can put your phone down and still have no idea what you want to do instead. Cohesive offers support and guidance to help you explore what you enjoy, what matters to you and what gets in the way. No blockers, screen-time scores or prescribed routine.

You don’t need to have tried other apps, know your purpose or arrive with the right questions.

START WITH WHAT HAPPENED
Record an everyday moment: what you were doing and what was happening around it. Use a suggestion, type or speak. You can save it and stop there.

FIND YOUR OWN ANSWERS
If you choose to explore, Cohesive asks one question at a time, grounded in what you share. Editable suggestions help you find your words. Follow the questions at your pace; there is no daily target or fixed session length.

KEEP WHAT MATTERS TO YOU
Review a proposed finding, change it, write your own or keep nothing. Only the words you explicitly choose to keep reach your map. Over time, your map can help you see what you value, enjoy and want to make time for, including connections between findings.

Later conversations can build on what you’ve already shared. You can also choose a small experiment to explore a finding in everyday life. You decide what to try.

LESS AUTOPILOT. MORE CHOICE.
Whether you’re looking for a different approach to doomscrolling or want more self-awareness, start with one real moment. Cohesive helps you understand your phone use without treating every scroll as a problem. It does not block apps or promise a reduction in screen time.

TRY YOUR FIRST FINDING FREE
Your first finding is shown in full and yours to keep before a plan is offered. No card and no countdown. To continue exploring after that first finding, choose a monthly subscription or a one-time purchase for lifetime access. Both offer the same access. The store shows your local price before you confirm; the monthly plan renews until cancelled.

Recording moments and reading, editing and exporting your existing map remain available without a paid plan.

YOUR WORDS, YOUR CHOICE
Your recorded moments, conversations and map are stored to support your use of Cohesive. When needed for a result you request, content is processed by Cohesive’s servers and external AI providers. Your data is not sold, used for advertising or used to train public models. The app explains its privacy practices before you sign in.

You keep the map. You delete the app.

Available in English and Spanish.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.1.7 — 2026-09-07

Your map is a board now: findings on cards, and on the thread between them the reason one led to the other.

A conversation that names nothing asks about your situation instead of ending. You can say more and it looks again.

The words you write stay as you wrote them.

When the occasion came back and you did not try the act, you can say so without giving it a verdict.

Home is the mark and its two doors, and nothing else.

### 1.1.6 — 2026-09-05

Map entries now show a dated timeline, with one next action at the bottom.

Suggestions help you put an experiment into words. You can leave its review and return without losing what you wrote.

A finding becomes part of what future conversations build on only after you keep it. Trying something you did not want no longer removes that finding from your map.

Screen spacing, buttons and transitions are clearer and more consistent.

### 1.1.5 — 2026-09-02

When a purchase ended without opening anything, Cohesive used to tell you nothing was charged. It could not know that. It now asks the store what actually happened and says only what it can see.

On iPad the app is laid out for the screen instead of stretched across it.

Crash reports follow the same switch as optional analytics. Leave that switch off, as it is by default, and nothing about a crash leaves your device.

### 1.1.3 — 2026-08-26

The conversation underneath a catch is rebuilt. Cohesive asks one question at a time now, and stops when it has nothing honest to offer — "nothing to keep from this one" is a real answer, not a failure.

What you keep still becomes your map, and the map still exports in your words and outlives the app.

English and Spanish, both written rather than translated.

### 1.1.2 — 2026-08-24

The conversation underneath a catch is rebuilt. Cohesive asks one question at a time now, and stops when it has nothing honest to offer — "nothing to keep from this one" is a real answer, not a failure.

What you keep still becomes your map, and the map still exports in your words and outlives the app.

English and Spanish, both written rather than translated.
