The setting where you can choose your interests and match them with potential housemates is a neat wee feature! I manage my own portfolio with ease using this app or the desktop version. It’s extremely intuitive, easy to use (I taught myself), it’s far superior to other property management systems and as I do the majority of my work on the go, the App is really impressive, especially when you consider the Arthur Online app has about 5% of the desktop functionality (essentially its view only).
