So many bugs and issues, I would be surprised this app went through any sort of testing and I think they just released directly to PROD and let the users be the testers.

The buttons in the app don’t work. Then the landlord is sending me through stuff to review it never comes through. Just a head ache. The landlords that use this are equally as bad for choosing to do so

Terrible experience with this app. Cancelling a subscription is a nightmare—you can’t do it within the app, and the process is unclear. The customer support is unhelpful; even after I emailed them and they confirmed my subscription was cancelled, I was still charged again. Clearly, whoever replies to emails has no control over their system. Stay away from this app if you value your time and money.

Absolutely useless, don’t have a button to compose messages. Can’t download files or see them if when they eventually open, there’s no return button to the Home Screen.

‘download’ a document doesn’t show up in Files app 🤷‍♂️ which is a bit rubbish, can’t get any document out of the app

stinks of lock-in and/or rubbish lazy coding

may as well just use the website 🤷‍♂️

Every time I try to report a maintenance issue and add photo, when I click to take picture, the app shuts down. This needs fixing please as it’s very annoying. Thank you.

I used this as a way of finding housemates and a room in a house share when moving cities. 

The setting where you can choose your interests and match them with potential housemates is a neat wee feature! 

Will be using again if I am ever looking for a room in a shared house.

This app has revolutionised the way I run my property business. The development team are constantly gathering user feedback and requirements and improving the software to meet landlord needs.
There is the odd bug, but they’ll soon be fixed if users provide constructive helpful feedback … i think users need to have a bit more patience, takes time and a LOT of incredible work to make such an intricate system work just right!

The bad reviews are clearly old and don’t reflect all of the huge changes Coho has evolved into. I manage my own portfolio with ease using this app or the desktop version. It’s extremely intuitive, easy to use (I taught myself), it’s far superior to other property management systems and as I do the majority of my work on the go, the App is really impressive, especially when you consider the Arthur Online app has about 5% of the desktop functionality (essentially its view only). Well done Coho team!
