App is just a complete black screen after the set up process. I can't access anything in the app. I have restarted both the app and my phone, and made sure the app is up to date, but none of it has worked. This is frustrating because I can't even use the 3 day free trial now and the clock is ticking and I haven't even gotten to trial the app yet. Please fix this and also extend my free trial so I can actually test it out
