The ones that have or will de-bank you in the future. I don’t like the direct deposit payment method but I opened up another account with a small balance for security. Waiting for the high interest savings acct to pair with this. Keep supporting and keep requesting features. ### 3/5 — Change of Address? *2025-04-28* NOT an option from the APP, or, sadly, from the website either. Made multiple attempts to find this option in either place without success. Even better, while the APP is installed on an iPad, if you TRY opening the website, it takes you to the APP which is limited - as mentioned - while deleting the app to get INTO the website doesn’t help because of the aforementioned missing “update address” function. They do have an 800 number though which I’ll have to call in the morning - and was avoiding HAVING to do. ### 5/5 — Great company with great values *2024-06-18* I have been continually impressed with Coign— The credit card, the app, the customer service. Everything has been stellar. And when I run into any issue, they take my concerns seriously and make changes to get it right. The app has seen countless changes brought from customers requests. Had not been happy with them for some time. I had been waiting for a card that would replace them. Auto pay balance has me worry free and customer service is excellent. ### 5/5 — A Great Conservative Credit Card *2023-09-21* I have a positive outlook for this company, the credit card itself works flawlessly as I have used it many times over the past year. Easy to put on autopilot for payments with bank account. I especially like the idea of giving back to conservative causes instead of having conglomerate corporations dictate how I should think. Can the Coign app. Use a little work? I think so, signing into the app takes a few more taps, the facial recognition software doesn’t seem to work properly. But, I believe with time, Coign will become better and easier to sign into. Get better support or even though I’m conservative I’ll never use your card again. It repeatedly will not accept my long used email address. The app continuously states “something went wrong, try again.” I tried over and over and over. I closed, removed from my phone, added again. Everything except payment shows up as debits making declined transactions look like debits. It’s hard to trust the balances. I will be discontinuing use of this card. Major problems for a financial institution ### 1/5 — High net worth retired need not apply *2023-09-05, version 1.7.1* They decline individuals that are retired with high net worth due to not enough income. Ironic that having millions in the bank and almost no debt relative to that doesn't count…. ### 1/5 — Hit & miss as far as working *2023-07-04, version 1.6.5* Unfortunately, this is a waste of time. If the app is this bad I can only imagine how the financial services and customer service is. ### 1/5 — Worst App in existence *2023-07-03* Coign in general is arguably one of the worst run companies I’ve ever seen. The app is a reflection of that. It rarely works more than a few days. You can’t view transactions and virtually all menus log you out. My card was hacked due to there non existent security and now I can’t see what transactions aren’t mine. If you love being frustrated and using technology from the Late 90s this is the app for you! It just does not work.
