• Mint your own coins using your iPhone pictures. You can mint beautiful coins of yourself, family, friends, pets, animals, flowers, team logos, school logos, family crests, sculptures, buildings, captions, anything that your camera can capture.

• When you mint your coins, choose between beautiful and realistic gold, silver and copper coins. 

• Automatic mint year added to head of coin.

• Create your own coin collection.

• Coin Flip comes with a collection of six coins featuring different themes and materials.

• Physics based coin flip simulation with realistic sound effects.

• Share your coins or the result of your coin flip with your friends on Facebook, Twitter or using Messages or E-mail.

• Simple and intuitive interface. Just select the coin you want to flip and then use your finger to flip it on the screen.

• To delete one of the coins in your collection just press and hold, until a delete menu appears.

When you try to use one of your own pictures, instead it forces you to use a picture of the back of an American coin.

**Developer response:** Hi DorianMordante, when you press the + button you should be able to mint your own coins with your photos if you allow the app to access your photo library. If not, you will mint a coin with question marks. There is no option to mint your coins with an image of a quarter. In the second row there are several default coins you can use to flip, one of them is a quarter. The idea of this app is cool, but I can’t customize coins. I paid the dollar to have unlimited coins & have deleted/added back the app. All I get after clicking on the photos I want to use is a picture of a quarter. Bummer!

We are sorry to hear about the issues you’re having. To mint your own coin please press the + button in the main screen. This should take you to a screen where you can select pictures for each side of the coin. After selecting your pictures press the + button and your costumized coin should be ready to flip. This is a really cool app! Coins with our cat came out great! It would be  nice if you could exchange coins with your friends.

Waste OF time. Please don’t anyone think of paying into this useless THING. I don’t understand why they can’t ACTUALLY release a WORKING app

Coin flips come up heads a bunch of times and then tails a bunch of times. Not random. Not the same odds of an actual coin being flipped.

**Developer response:** Hi, thanks for using Coin Flip and taking the time to leave a comment. The app uses a physically accurate engine to realistically simulate the coin flip. Both a random rotation and random force are applied to the coin for every flip. The probability of getting heads or tails is 1/2 for every flip. This doesn’t mean that if you get heads once or twice, you will get tails on the next flip, or viceversa. It just says that you start every flip with the same probability. Eventually after many flips the number of heads should be approximately equal to the number of tails. We have been thinking of adding statistics to our app to show the distribution of heads and tails, as an educational feature. Let us know if you have any other comments or suggestions at:

I like the gam but you can only make on of your own coin 
But to pay fore the rest happy and not happy

**Developer response:** Hello, thanks for your feedback. We are sorry you are not 100 percent happy with our app. You can always remove your free minted coin by continuously pressing on it.  A prompt will appear for you to delete that coin. After that you are ready to mint another fabulous coin. Unfortunately developing an app like Coin Flip requires an investment in time and money and it’s only fair for developers to be paid for their work. We chose to charge a modest fee for the ability to mint unlimited coins instead of using intrusive and annoying ads. Anyway, thanks for using our app and we hope you continue enjoying it.

I do not normally write reviews but this app is legit. I wanted an app that would flip a coin for me. I recently started playing Pokémon TCG irl and using a real coin is aggravating to keep track of. I just wanted an app that had coins that were not your everyday coins, but coins I can design myself? Heck ya! This app is awesome!
