### 1/5 — Bad app

This is a trash app , I did pay for a subscription and when I try to take a photo to scan my coins it said something wrong try again

**Developer response:** Thank you for the report, and we're sorry — this one was on us. We found the cause: a server-side limit was cutting off scan results, which produced that error. It's now fixed on our servers, so scanning should work again without needing an update. A major accuracy upgrade (v1.3.0, with two-side scanning and AI grading) is also on its way. If anything still looks off, please reach us through the app's support link — we'll make it right.

You only get 3 readings then you have to pay. Pictures came out blurry. App could not read an easy date and gave a very generic value if the coins. Couldn’t even read a 1943 penny as steel.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the detailed feedback — it directly shaped our new update. Version 1.3.0 adds a smarter AI model, scanning of both coin sides, blur detection with a retake prompt, and value ranges with an AI grading estimate instead of a generic single number. The server-side issue that caused inconsistent results is already fixed. We'd love for you to give that 1943 steel cent another try.
