Terrible app. Thankfully I only loaded $10 as a test. Garbage app Garbage machines. ### 2/5 — Not the best. *2026-05-13, version 2.27.7* Often it is slow to connect to the machine. And then it’s not actually connected to the machine. It just runs on an approximate timer. But the other thing that majorly sucks about this app is that you can’t get your refund in the app. you have to still go down to the machine wherever it’s located and the property I’m at it’s not located in my building. Additionally, when using the dryer, the app will cover the screen with a pop-up asking for an additional $0.25 spend—I believe this is intentionally designed so people have to load more money onto their app wallet. I feel frustrated and taken advantage of every time I use this app. ### 4/5 — Great app, but *2026-04-19, version 2.27.7* This is a fantastic app. The ability to monitor the status of the machines you are using makes it very easy to return to the laundry room on time. And you can see if any machines are available prior to dragging your laundry there. But…beware. In my building it costs $2.75 for a 60 minute dryer cycle. After you’ve started the dryer a pop up appears asking if you want to add $2.50 for an extra 7 minutes.
