## What is Coincidental Signature App?

The Coincidental Signature App has been developed in direct response to feedback from our clients. Our practices want a way to streamline paperwork, reduce unnecessary scanning and manual recording of patient data. Our App allows you to provide patients with a live electronic form that they can sign there and then. It then attaches to the patients file as a permanent signed record and can be viewed or printed on demand. Leaving you with a flawless paper trail.
