### 2/5 — Account Issue Still Unresolved

*2026-05-27, version 6.1.0*

I recently experienced an issue with my account and have been unable to access or withdraw my Bitcoin balance. I have contacted support and I am still waiting for a proper resolution. I hope the platform improves response time and resolves user issues more efficiently.

### 2/5 — The p2p refuse to operate well

*2026-01-30, version 6.1.0*

Trying to Buy bitcoin and the P2P isn’t not loading

### 4/5 — Request

*2025-11-04, version 6.1.0*

When will coin cola start supporting BNB Network?

### 3/5 — Most trade buyers are scam

*2025-10-07, version 6.1.0*

The buyers of bitcoin on the app are usually scammers. They mark paid when they actually did not make payment and pressure you with texts and chats to release coin. This seriously needs to be looked into.

Also, I think the 20 minutes window for trade is usually far too long as these buyers prey on this time frame to scam people. The window should be 10mins and closely monitored by the customer care.

### 4/5 — Bitcoin price

*2025-09-06, version 6.1.0*

Hello, pls add the amount of bitcoin history in dollars too not just in 0.004 or so. Thanks

### 4/5 — Need a permanent btc address

*2025-07-29, version 6.0.0*

I have been using this app for some years now and I like it so much but the new update about btc address is very confusing. You guys should allow permanent address not temporary because I receive funds from same person every time

### 1/5 — Many Gift card thieves😡😡

*2025-07-17, version 6.0.0*

Don’t ever trade with Udyc3q.cc he/she is a ripper and coin cola let him walk away with my €70 steam card. No I want my money/coin back.
On my birthday I was gifted a steam card worth €105 that’s €35*3 I traded 1 code €35 with a different person since it was successful and ended trade I had to open a new trade with Udyc3q.cc to trade the €70 I have left, to my surprise this scam thief told me it was a bad card and can’t prove that to coin cola.
I was asked to provide evidence that I got a good card and some conversation with steam wallet agent which I did but coin cola ended up rewarding the scammer and warned me.
It’s either I get my coin or I tell the world how bad coin cola is and reward gift cards thieves on their platform.😡😡😡

### 1/5 — I got scammed by blackpearl2

*2025-07-14, version 5.12.2*

### 2/5 — Scammers are in coin cola

*2025-06-27, version 5.12.2*

You guys need to stop those scammers they are always delaying payments then they will mark as paid and won’t send money and some sellers will release the coin without knowing you need to remove them from coin cola so this app will be better

### 2/5 — Notification issues

*2025-06-04, version 5.12.2*

This app doesn’t show notifications when there’s an incoming trade, it has made me lose so many transactions because I couldn’t see the notification coming. I have made a complaint to the customer service they keep telling me it’s my phone settings whereas my phone settings is set to receive every notification. Instead of looking into the issue and fix it. I have deleted the app and downloaded it still same.

### 1/5 — Very bad app

### 1/5 — Scammed me of $600!!!

*2025-05-18, version 5.12.0*

I bought $600 worth of USDC in June 2024 and sent it to my USDT erc20 wallet and it didn’t come through, only to find out that it went through on the chain but nothing on CoinCola and your team asked me to pay 0.1 BTC saying the app don’t use USDC but I can see USDC in my CoinCola now. I need my money back!!

### 1/5 — Funds locked for 3 years - No response

*2026-04-20, version 6.1.0*

Update: I have followed up through email, support, and other channels, and was informed that my case was escalated. However, I have still not received any clear update or resolution.
The disputed trade was already cancelled and I did not receive any cryptocurrency, yet my account remains suspended and my BTC balance inaccessible since March 2023.
I am only requesting permission to withdraw my remaining BTC balance. I hope this can be reviewed and resolved.

### 1/5 — This app is untrustworthy

*2025-11-09, version 6.1.0*

I opened a trade on this app I sent the buyer my full account number with full name and bank name the buyer made a mistake sending money to another different bank name and different name immediately he noticed his mistake he opened a dispute before me and I contacted there live support team and provided them with evidence of everything about the trade still call the bank and they explained to me that someone else can have my phone number as there account number as long as the name is different, I submitted everything to them and they still released the coin to the buyer and made me lose money, guys do not trust this app they will make you lose money even tho they know the buyer did the mistake they will still do injustice and this app needed to be taken down to safe over people money.

### 1/5 — Coin cola is scamming people

*2025-09-11*

CoinCola is a well organized scam company. They will freeze your assets, go unresponsive and reply with a copy and paste response every time you message their live customer support. Be careful! Don’t use this platform!!! Release my coin and stop the nonsense you are doing

**Developer response:** The platform does not arbitrarily freeze user assets. If your permissions were restricted, your transactions may have triggered our KYT high-risk system. To protect other users' transaction security, we temporarily limit permissions while investigating trading behavior. Please cooperate by providing the necessary documentation so we can resolve this quickly.
