Saved wallets so bank accounts are saved. A subscription fee for new features. Previous payees saved. Faster bank transfer deposits so no need to type up all details can easily add money to accounts with a few clicks. & also a copy paste feature for details for those who want to do it manually. Its a shame because the customer service is great. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Seems broken *2021-10-30, version 3.2.6* Where’s the updates guys? ### 1/5 — Scam *2021-02-25, version 3.2.5* i used this because i like the anonymity of bitcoin as i saw during the process of buying the Bitcoin it didn't ask me for identification once, then as soon as i attempt to use the bitcoin it tells me i have to verify my identity. so i have now got bitcoin that cant be spent it withdraw so it was pretty much pointless! Please dont use this app it is a scam!!! ### 1/5 — Basic & Buggy *2021-02-18, version 3.2.5* I wanted to like this service, especially as it’s based in the UK, but after downloading the app, I was confronted with a basic, ugly app, like something from 2013. It doesn’t even have basic features like graphs for the cryptos on offer, let alone other features you would expect like alerts etc. Not only is it basic and very novice looking, it is extremely buggy. The app crashes regularly and the sign up process has some weird issues too. For a company that has been around for quite a few years and has fair sized team, I’m amazed how bad the app is. They really need to polish it up, add features and kill the bugs! Also, the fees they charge seem to be higher than other crypto services. Why? Oh yeah and the app crashes as soon as I try to buy crypto. ### 1/5 — Extortionate Fees *2021-01-11, version 3.2.1* Not for on the spot trading. No idea if the fees are reduced the bigger the purchase but for all the benefits of being able to buy just £10 worth of btc, you get the worse rates ever. Try crypto.com instead basically. No KYC which was good but I expect you need to provide docs if trading in large amounts so better off with Kraken for that. As for the “earn” option, sounds great on the website; could not locate on the app. So all in all a really negative experience. ### 1/5 — Do not recommend *2020-10-07, version 3.2.1* I’ve no confidence in this I’ve lost money in it and now I can’t retrieve the money that’s left in there ### 1/5 — Great support shame about the app *2020-04-20, version 3.2.1* Down loaded the app after going through all the registration process on laptop, all seemed fine until I access app I enter my uid and pw app says UID already exist tried several times. After many install deletes and support mails back and forth I get into the app. Now to buy coin, not clear that you have to buy cash first(first charges applied on own cash.😱) £6.75 just to put £250 cash into wallet . So I fill out cc details which has a £1 trans fee, so that’s £7.75 to put cash into acc😱. Details complete I start transaction (card safe on cc) , due to demand card safe slow and transaction times out!!!! Try again and it’s still slow, transaction times out😡. Try again things go faster, yes on the way, ops no account locked.😡. Support team attempts unlock acc, this goes on for 8 attempts. Bank blames CoinCorner,CoinCorner blames bank and so on and on. I now give up coz my head hurts. If I were you try a different one.😡😡 ### 1/5 — Cost too much *2020-04-20, version 3.2.1* Charges are too high ### 1/5 — Too many hidden fees *2020-02-16, version 3.2.1* Too many hidden fees! ### 1/5 — Clean interface, unacceptable network fees and fees in general *2019-08-15, version 3.1.7* I’m sorry but charging a flat rate of 0.0005 bitcoins per transaction irrespective of the amount is high-way robbery. It’s skewed in favour of higher transaction amounts which unfairly penalises those who make many smaller transactions. Use this service to freely trade your cash to coin and vice versa and you’ll soon find your currency very quickly diminishing.
