Yeah I have assets on here that can’t be transferred or withdrawn. Good luck finding help too. Everything they have for support doesn’t work or made up. Pretty sure if I get a reply on the app is just a robot saying whatever it needs to say to buy time to lure more customers. Investors beware!!!!

TOTAL SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM I invested £10.00 pound after a fews weeks I was logged out and my money was no where to be seen. Luckily I didn’t put that much money in. I have no means of retrieving my funds as i am not a hacker nor am I going to lose sleep over some scammers making $8 off me. I had sent a crypto direct from Coinbase and it never showed up! I waited several hours and still, nothing! I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive…. And that was quick, they support and highlight scam tokens that are honeypots and rug pulls. I am disappointed that they either don’t really research these tokens or are apart of the skimming. Stay far away from spotlight tokens! I am still using Coininn for certain trades/tokens but now it’s very hard to get a response from customer service about a 250 eth deposit I made.
