I waited several hours and still, nothing! I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive…. And that was quick, they support and highlight scam tokens that are honeypots and rug pulls. I am disappointed that they either don’t really research these tokens or are apart of the skimming. Stay far away from spotlight tokens! I am still using Coininn for certain trades/tokens but now it’s very hard to get a response from customer service about a 250 eth deposit I made. **Developer response:** Thanks for your support, we will work hard to provide better service to all user. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-05-18, version 3.0.20.1* Poorly built. Always saying check network. Won’t even let me verify identity in the app after trying FOREVER just to get in. Ridiculous ### 1/5 — Why won’t you let me withdraw my money!!! *2021-10-27, version 3.0.3.1* This app is quick enough to accept your money but you’ll have to jump through hoops to get it back out!!! I’ve been trying to withdraw my money with no success. Keeps asking me to update card info, after doing that it then asks me to enter payment passcode and when you have done that too the whole process then goes back to the beginning so the app makes a fool of you as you go round in circles!!! This app definitely has the makings of a scam and is such a coincidence that all the recent 5 star reviews were received all about the same time, using the same kind of language and terminology and some even had the exact same messages, which in my opinion were written by the same person/people. Next stop - I’ll be complaining to Apple to ask the question why they would allow such bogus app on to the App Store? Where it’s clear to me the CoinInn app is only here to scam people ### 2/5 — Account on hold *2021-08-24, version 3.0.1* I did all my details and then my account was put on hold. They say keep profit but the only people keep the profits is coininn ### 1/5 — Scam. Avoid Avoid *2021-05-29, version 2.2.27* They give you a free £69 for 14 days but if you lose any of it they will take your own assets back from your own money! Avoid avoid avoid! Stay far away ### 1/5 — Avoid, it’s a scam. !!! *2022-09-16, version 3.0.29* I have been trading for year and am very experienced in trading, transferring coins to other wallets etc. I transferred a large amount of money from my Kucoin wallet to the CoinIn wallet. The funds never appeared. Kucoin confirmed the block was sent. It was the correct token and sent to the correct wallet (provided by CoinInn) I have been emailing CoinInn for days. I’ve sent messages on Twitter. And tried to use their chat (which doesn’t work ‘network error’ They have not replied or acknowledged any of these messages. Do not use this app. There are far better platforms. CoinInn have contacted me and asked me to email again. I have and still no reply. Subject ‘ where are my funds? - LOST DEPOSIT’ ### 1/5 — Scam *2022-08-05* This is a scam, never invest in this app. Could take all of your money in second. Invest in caution. **Developer response:** Sorry for the misunderstanding, we explained at the very beginning that 1% of the profits earned from the free trial bonus can be withdrawn, and if you top up in EUR and GBP, you can withdraw a total of 10%.
