Making the software free to download is really misleading… ### 1/5 — No sui, hype, ondo, fet *2025-01-07* It doesn't have basic top 100 coins. Like what? How is it missing coins like sui? Makes actually no sense **Developer response:** Hi Ant. Thanks for the heads up and sorry you had a bad experience searching for your tokens. We’ve fixed that and those four tokens are in the database now (check out our X feed for examples). We’re figuring out why they didn’t get listed - looks like for example FET went through a name change (used to be Fetch.ai?). Anyway thanks for letting us know. As for now, my widgets cannot change the coins I track which is useless if I am not trading BTC ETH. I really hope this changes, and like I said, better review if this is fixed. **Developer response:** Thanks for your comment - sounds like you’re dropping the widget and perhaps you’re unaware that you can customize the coins displayed very easily - long press the widget, tap Edit and then choose the coin(s) you’d like to see. This should be noted in the app description ### 1/5 — A hassle to update prices. *2022-10-05* When you install the widget, it gives an accurate price. However, you need to keep uninstalling and reinstalling it for the price to update. It is actually quicker to check the price on the web instead of using this widget. **Developer response:** Thanks for trying our app. Widgets on iOS refresh on an interval anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes - that interval is determined by Apple - if we could we would force widgets to update every few seconds as crypto prices move constantly. It would seem from your comment that your expectation might have been they update constantly - you can see similar behavior in other widgets. If you were to install every price tracker on the App Store, line them all up and look at the price of ETH (or any crypto) at a point in time, you'll see a broad range of pricing. However, their customer support was very receptive and quick to answer! They also posted an update shortly after that fixed all the issues. Very pleased with this service and the customer service they have provided. But the developer was quit to own it and want to make it right. They discovered the issue and I believe they have not fixed.
