Also I had Balance of $13 that was deleted from my account, please restore my balance and send me my check. Thank you There has been an issue going on for several days now with ads not playing, which keeps you from collecting coins and to continue playing, it was solved yesterday but this morning when playing, my score would just stay at zero, I deleted the app and reinstalled it hoping that will solve the problem, I also deleted my account, and restarted my phone and nothing.. along with ads not playing again. Please fix! I’m hoping this issue is fix asap, I don’t want to delete it permanently. The developers just can’t fix the glitches or improve the graphics. I have emailed over and over and they never respond. I had $104 in my account and they cashed it out four weeks ago. They claimed checks were being mailed to those of us who signed in daily for two weeks to earn money just for signing in and playing the game. I have never gotten the $104 check. They don’t even know my address. So how could they mail it? They won’t respond to the customer support email. You can’t contact them within the app, the link doesn’t work to send an email. The game is full of ads and has become basically get a chance to get $5 to watch ads. They keep changing the rules. If you’re the one with the highest credits, you are NOT guaranteed to win the $5 gift card. They now have a disclaimer that “they reserve the right to change or pick the daily winner.” Total bull #%”’! I spent hours playing and would have the most credits and not win. They are trying to get gamers by picking people to get $5 gift cards then making it where you don’t win again. They promised we w pull cash put at $100. Yes. You can’t cash out until $100! I had $124 in my account and selected cash out. I have not been paid! They could have sent a gift card link but the app states “check only to be mailed.” This is a scam!
