시작할때 광고 나오고 취소 버튼이 나오면 누르고 시작하면 됐는데 광고만 나오고 취소 버튼이 안나와요

아이폰16프로max에서 갑자기 광고를 끌수가 없어서 앱에 들어갈수가 없습니다. 그래서 알림이고 뭐고 끌수도 없고 아무것도 사용할 수가 없게됐습니다. 광고 크기가 문제인건지 윗쪽에 광고끄는 x표시가 더 이상 나타질 않네요. 수백번을 다시켜봐도 마찬가집니다.
