The new redesign is really bad; it did away with what made the old design easy to use and navigate, and instead introduced UI that is confusing and hard to understand.
Why did the develop decide to do away with “Day” option and opting for “week” instead?! It makes no sense whatsoever; the develop could’ve at least kept the “Day” option while adding the “week” one..
Many other issues with the new design that are problematic like providing unnecessary data in the main dashboard, and truncating expenses to show 12k for example instead of 11,934.00!!
Many questionable decision that I hope the develop will reconsider.
Maybe bring back the previous UI as a Classic option as well.
I hate to give this app low rating since I’ve loved using it for years! But the new redesign has missed many of its intended marks.

UPDATE:
Developer promptly responded to my feedback and informed me that there was an option to go back to the classic UI design, which was a very nice surprise.
My only wish is that the Totals, whether for Year, Month, or Day are displayed more clearly and in larger size, whether in the classic ui or the new ui.
Changing my review from 1 star to 4 starts; would happily provide 5 stars if the numbers are displayed better, especially  in the classic UI

i've been using this app for almost forever and I just came across a bunch of old is that outside or I had from 2025 so I started to enter them into my horror and dismay. I've noticed almost all of my entries in 2025 have doubled. What is going on???? it's been a while, but I'm sure I have a paid subscription

This is a big one — fiscal year support, budget exclusions, and shareable reports!

* Custom year start: choose which month your year begins in, and your yearly reports and budgets will follow your financial year.
* Exclude categories from budget: mark categories such as investments or savings as "Not in budget" and they'll stop counting toward your budget while still appearing in your expense totals.
* [iOS/iPadOS] Share your report or Financial Health score as a beautiful image — preview it first, then send it to friends or social media.
* Added Ugandan Shilling (UGX) currency support.
* Plus a number of other improvements and fixes.

* Category editing now has an Essential spending toggle, so you can manually mark any category as essential when the automatic classification isn't quite right.
* General UX improvements: tap a month pill in Financial Health to jump straight to it with a smooth animated scroll, added press feedback and a zoom transition when opening report cards (iOS), and improved the contrast of income amounts for better readability.
* Bug fixes: suggested transactions no longer post on the wrong date, and the export share sheet no longer appears empty on your first attempt.
