Spot Trades, Future Trades, INR Future Trades and Boosted Trades. Only spot trades are shown the other three tabs are empty. Now you can go ahead and switch to the pro version to get more reports for USDT and for INR future trades. It will show you: Orders, Trades and User transactions. Problem here is that the timestamps are fully screwed up. Year is not showing, only placeholder YYYY, Month is showing with numbers high as 56 (no clue what month this should be), Days are not showing, again only a placeholder with DD. Hours and Minutes are shown and again placeholders for seconds. Its almost impossible to fill tax. Especially if you made more than 10k of gains which needs to be filed as business income on a quarterly base. The trading is good, one star extra for this. Initially, I was quite impressed. I began with $497 and steadily grew it to nearly $900+ within a week by making consistent, smart trades. The interface was smooth, and it looked promising. However, everything changed the moment I received a call from CoinSwitch customer support. The rep politely asked how my experience was going and whether I was making profits. I responded honestly. But after that call, my trading success completely stopped. I noticed something very odd: every time I placed a buy or sell order, a quote would immediately appear just under or over mine, making it impossible to complete the trade at a reasonable margin. It looked and felt like I was trading against a bot — a bot that was systematically front-running my orders with the exact same structure, size, and pattern. I couldn’t exit trades at 5% or even 10% profit like before. Instead, I had to keep undercutting myself just to get filled. This began to wipe out my capital, and in just one day I dropped back from ~$990 to my original ~$500. The worst part? The bot-like behavior is consistent — mirroring my trades, blocking exits, and reacting faster than any human possibly could. This raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency in the platform’s trading system. However, there are a few recurring issues that significantly impact the user experience. 1. Payment-Related App Freeze: Every time I attempt to make a payment, the app freezes completely. It doesn’t recover unless I force close and restart it. This is a serious disruption, especially when timing is critical. 2. Default Currency Friction: Despite consistently making payments in INR, the app defaults to USD every time I reopen it, switch tabs, or perform any action. It seems there’s no personalization or context-awareness being applied here. Given that payments are made in INR, it would make sense for the app to detect and retain this preference instead of assuming USD is the default for all users. 3. UI Behavior in Futures List: When browsing the futures market list, selecting a coin to view its chart and then navigating back resets the entire list position. This forces the user to scroll and find their previous spot again. It’s a frustrating experience when tracking multiple coins. These may seem like small issues, but in a time-sensitive environment like futures trading, every extra step or delay adds up. The lack of attention to these UX details creates unnecessary friction, to the point that it feels intentional. I genuinely hope your product and design teams (if in place) are actively considering user behavior patterns and working toward removing such barriers. Did not had old number. Followed all steps procedures asked for. Still they did not contact or connected with. I replied to all emails. Still received email from them, due no response from your side we assume issue is resolved and we are closing it. Made multiple attempts to avoid my login. First asked for video with pan card. I sent it. Then asked for voice verification over phone call. Did not receive any call. Then they said pan and name do not match. Then again asked for phone call verification. Additionally, an email has been sent to your registered email ID. ### 1/5 — They take your money *2022-12-21* Beaware before investing in coinswitch. They just delist coins in the name of periodical review by their backend. Suppose you have invested in CVC coin and they will suddenly declare that this coin will be delisted on particular date. And you will not be able to sell it. Hence all the money which you have put in particular coin will vanish. You will neither be able to withdraw it nor trade on that particular coin. I asked for refund but they denied that too. It means our money isn’t safe in here. Suppose you invest large amount in one coin and they just delist it boom your money vanishes! I am using this app since 2 years. It’s like first time it’s happening to me. I reached customer support but they denied it by saying what they are saying it’s final decision. What does that mean? It simply means that our funds aren’t safe in there. Before delisting any coin make sure all are able to sell it or you guys are just taking our money. Today it’s small amount… later it might be your big amount of money. It’s better to take precautions then to cry later on . They even denied to return my 255₹. Copy paste reply citing regulatory bs. It’s not like this is a new issue. Any company that has the slightest bit of ethics would/should mention about the absolutely ridiculous restrictions on the platform and then let the users decide if they want to still Signup with such apps. I very much doubt anyone will use this app if they knew about the restrictions BEFORE they invest their hard earned money. I have no choice but to stay on because I was foolish enough to invest/use this app as I didn’t know about other way way better options available. This was one of the first apps I downloaded when I started with my crypto journey , but it didn’t take too long to realise that even the most basic of wallets offered by trust wallet or meta mask are a 100 if not a thousand times better than this or any other Indian app. I’ve found it most inconvenient to fund this account and there’s absolutely no way to move the crypto elsewhere to stake, invest or even a very basic savings plan for the crypto one is holding. Despite raising several complaints and getting the usual copy paste replies, nothing much was done and remains the case at the time of writing this review. I would advise anyone looking to get into crypto to avoid apps like this because there’s not much you will be able to do and most definitely not learn anything about it. I would suggest Binance which is perfect for beginners to professionals. DO NOT waste your time and money on this app. I know I will get a pretty standard copy paste reply to this review as well and the whole bs about how it is a regulatory thing and they can’t do much. Where is my money? Where is my ₹6000/-? The chat support people do not respond on chats and they called me to say the brightest minds are working it seems n that I should get the money reflecting in 48hrs or if failed returned in 5-7 business days? Charges are too high compare to other trading app like coindcx, wazirx. They have defined charges on trading whereas CSK calculation is based on percentage and if you seriously calculate you are paying huge brokerage. Trust me all whether you make profit or loss is a different stories but CSK team is definitely earning only profit.
