I am a bit frustrated but I would still like to sign up. Whoever is running this company has SCAMMER written all over themselves. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! ### 1/5 — Rip off! *2021-01-31, version 1.1.24* If you do any kind of trading or sending of cryptocurrency outside of Coinzoom they take .0005 of it regardless of the amount sent, so to send $20 somewhere you will only actually get $2 of it and they get the other $18 for fees! Biggest cryptocurrency rip off in an app I have ever seen and I have a lot of cryptocurrency apps! Try coinbase or uphold but don’t use this one! ### 2/5 — Not working *2021-01-19, version 1.1.24* Downloaded this app (using iPhone), and is unable to get past the identification pictures. Every time I try to take one, the app closes. After 3 logins I got locked out and had to set up a 2factor authentication by downloading ANOTHER app. Still can’t get through the ID pics. ### 2/5 — NEVER EVER USE!!! *2021-01-18, version 1.1.24* I was able to fund my wallet ... had to wait a week to send and it’s been 2 weeks.. the APP AND WEBSITE are broken.. I scheduled two separate zoom meetings with the manager Julie Thatcher... who was kind but at the end of the day had no answers for me. If you buy zoom tokens you will lose a ton of money and they will keep increasing the stake required to earn cash back. Stay away from these guys. Total scammers. ### 1/5 — Cash Deposit *2022-04-27, version 1.1.48* I have gone to multiple locations in the app to deposit cash funds and none could facilitate the cash payment 😡 ### 1/5 — 2FA won’t work & no customer service! *2022-04-02, version 1.1.46* I’ve been trying all day to get Authy or Google Authenticator to work to log in. CoinZoom is forcing 2FA to access my account now. Neither app will work to log in. I’ve tried to submit a customer service ticket and that gives an error as well. Ridiculous! If you're unable to create a support ticket at ttps://support.coinzoom.com you can send an email directly to support@coinzoom.com. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS *2022-03-02, version 1.1.44* TERRIBLE APP. Interface freezes every thirty seconds and makes you restart the app. They actually make it super easy to deposit funds into the app-but impossible to withdraw crypto. Every time I go to submit a withdrawal I am told “order submitted” However the crypto never leaves and is stuck there. I ended up having to sell my btc into fiat but guess what? You can’t withdraw fiat via ach and can only withdraw to a debit card that you have to send money on first. So my money is stuck in this terrible app. Even Coinbase is better.
