Juro que tentei ser imparcial. Peguei um copo de Pepsi geladinha, dei um gole generoso e pensei: “Caramba… talvez a galera tenha razão”. O açúcar parece mais doce, o gás mais vivo, o sabor mais… ousado. Quase caí na conversa fiada. Por um segundo glorioso, a Pepsi estava ganhando. 久しぶりにアプリを起動したらキャンペーンがあるとひょうじされたので、自販機に接続するとPayPay連携済みなのに現金払いで、何度アプリを再起動してもダメ。結局現金払いで購入しましたが、この時チケットが付与されていたようですが、獲得したという通知はなし。 優先度がチケットより低いと思われるスタンプ関連の通知が表示され、チケットを獲得した認識がありませんでした。 キャンペーンページで【ドリンクチケット獲得済み】とあるのですが、グレーに白字なので目立たず、私はチケットが獲得出来ていないと思っていました。しっかり読めよって感じですが、1度認識してしまうと、人はそのように思ってしまうようです。 当然ですがその後、自分はまだ獲得していないと思って購入するのですが、獲得済みなので単純に購入して決済して終わりです。きちんとPayPay払いが出来ました。 問い合わせをしたら獲得してることが分かったのですが、何も通知なければ表示もないので、気付きません。 問い合わせしたら複数獲得したい訳ではなく、過去はきちんと通知があったので分かりにくい理由を知りたかっただけですが言いがかりを付けられました。 迷惑です。 他社アプリの方が使いやすい。余計なイベントいらない。 **Developer response:** 長年愛用しています。ほんの少し先までちょっと歩こうかな、と言う動機になっています。そんなにガツガツ歩く方ではないので、1日5000歩設定で仕事のない土日にクリアするために散歩に出るという感じ。　 先日旅行に出てガッツリ歩いたので楽しみにアプリを見たら週に35000歩の設定はクリアしているのにスタンプが付与されず。 よく見たら1日の設定歩数が12000歩に変わってました。 5000歩に再度設定し、自分が何かの拍子に変えてしまったのかと思っていたら、後日また12000歩に変わってました。 サポートに連絡したものの、解決せず、アプリの削除と再インストール後を言われて実施するも改善せず。 結局週末には必ず設定を確認しないと次週の設定が5000歩に保てなくなってます。 サポートセンターの回答は、小まめにチェックしてください、でした。 なんで？ 不具合なのに、ご不便をおかけしますが設定は翌週に反映されますので、確認してくださいって、 なんで？ 不具合だと明言せず。操作の仕方を延々とメールで返されてもねぇ、という気持ちです。 2025年8月の第4週に不具合確認、その後も継続してます。 iPhone15 対策をこちらに丸投げされたのが不愉快でした。 スタンプも付与されず。 改善を求めます。 **Developer response:** 良いところ　自分は部活があるので大会などで自販機をよく使います。その時にちょっと見てコークオン対応かを確認して、接続して買うのを何度か繰り返すだけで自販機が無料で使えてしまうのはとても便利です！また財布を持ってき忘れた時に緊急用に一つ残しておくのもよし、たまたま10円しかなくていちいち入れるのがめんどくさい時に使うもよしと、とても汎用性が高いところがいいです！ 改善してくれるといいところ　もしスタンプ2倍の重ねがけができたらかなり楽だと思いますが、利益が出にくいので、重ねがけしたら4つではなく3つにしたり、くじを引くことにしたりなどすることでさらによくなると思います！また、1週間に歩かないと行けない歩数をもう少し自由に設定できると嬉しいです。最小設定の25000歩もそこそこ意識しないと辛いところがあるので20000歩ぐらいまで下限を下げてくれるととても良いです！ 総合的にとてもいいアプリです！デメリットもあまり大した問題ではないので、よく自販機を使う人や自分みたいに部活をやっている人などはこのアプリを入れることをお勧めします！ ここまで読んでくれてありがとうございました！ ### 1/5 — 自販機の故障？ *2025-01-18* 家の目の前にある自販機でこれまでも通信環境によってCOKEONが使えたり使えなかったりしましたが、今日はあまりにも酷いので投稿します。 まず朝一認識100％を超えるが、製品の写真が表示されず断念。何度かTRYし、同一現象のため写真が表示されていないいつも買うコーヒーの場所を押してみたが、購入確認画面にも写真が表示されず、そのまま上にスライドして購入したところpaypayからは支払い通知が来るが、製品は出てこず、COKEONアプリは決済確認中のような画面がクルクル回っているだけでした。その後paypayアプリを立ち上げしたところ支払いだけはされていました。コーヒーが飲みたかったので、小銭で170円入れたところ、すぐに返却口に10円が出てきて投入金額表示が0円（実際には何も表示されない）になってしまいました。もしかして小銭が途中で詰まってるのかなと思い、出てきた10円を再度投入したところ表示器に10円と表示されたので、差額の160円は飲まれたことが分かりました。もうこの自販機は使いません。ドンドンお金を吸い上げられそうなので。他の利用者も同様と思いますので、大きな問題になる前に是非改善して貰いたいです。販売数量以上に売り上げが多い場合スルーされるかもしれませんが。。。 ### 3/5 — 自販機購入してもスタンプ入手できないので買わなくなった。 *2024-10-17* ＜良いところ＞ ①歩いているだけでスタンプが貯まって無料チケットがもらえる ②コカコーラ社が協賛するマラソン大会やウォーキングイベントで、参加賞として無料チケットがもらえることがある ＜改善してほしいところ＞ ①スタンプコレクションの「自販機限定商品」は商品名順で並べて欲しい。ランダムに並んでいるし、文字は小さいし、未購入品は色も薄いので、非常に探しにくい。 ②スタンプコレクションの「自販機限定商品」は自販機で購入してもスタンプが押されない。何を買っても、色々な場所で購入してもダメ。何度やってもダメ。なんで？ ③スタンプコレクションの「SPECIAL」と「EVENT」はすでに終了しているものがほとんどでは？？キャンペーン期間をスタンプ画面に明記して欲しい。 ＜その他＞ ①屋根のない野ざらし状態でかつ人通りの少ない自販機は、そもそも接続できないことが多い。 ②スタンプ入手できないのは、単に接続の問題だけではないと思う。一時期はスタンプを集めたくて遠出ついでにあちこち探していたけれど、どんなに購入してもどこで購入しても、自販機限定のスタンプが一つも手に入らないのはおかしい。買うのをやめました。 ③ よく歩きよく走るので無料チケット目当てで使っていますが、評価できるのはそこだけ。ありがたいので星3を付けましたが。 ### 4/5 — 自販機に接続完了してもその先がわからない *2024-08-29* スタンプをためるために商品が激安の他社の自販機で購入するのをやめて、あえてコーラの自販機で購入したけど、接続完了になってから商品を購入する途中で接続が切れたりしてスタンプをもらい損ねて無駄になったりして非常に困っている。何度か同じことが起こるので、そんな事が起こらないようにするのと、年配の方でもわかりやすいよう、もっと簡単にして欲しい。 それと友達にも紹介したら即お互いがスタンプを頂けるように改善して下さい。 サイトに接続したりごちゃごちゃしたりして分かりづらいです。まずは1番にお客様がお得になるようスタンプを配給し、そこからサイトに入るようにして下さい。 せっかく紹介してもされた方がすぐに何日もサイトに入らず、スタンプをもらい損ねた方がだいぶいるはずです。 私は1ヶ月前にダウンロードしました。 コークオンパスを購入いたしました。会社の近くに自販機があるので使わしていただいています。 ダウンロードすることのメリット 1やかんの麦茶やコカコーラなどを買った時にキャンペーンに参加できる。 キャンペーンに参加するとその場の抽選で無料ドリンクや日用品などがもらえます。 2スマート決済ができる 10円玉が不足している時にスマート決済をすればお釣りがなく買い物ができるのでお釣りを気にせず会計ができる。※カードは、登録しなくてもアプリは十分使えます 3スタンプ 一週間に目標数歩くとスタンプが一つもらえます。さらに二週間に一回チャレンジを達成するとスタンプ1つ。 自販機で購入するとスタンプが2つもらえます。 スタンプを15個貯めると無料ドリンクがもらえます。ですが最低十三週間はかかりますのであまり期待はしない方がいいです。 コークオンはダウンロードした方が絶対にいいアプリです。デメリットがあまりないのですから コークオンパス 月額3300で毎日1本値段を気にせず飲めるようになります。買わずに毎日1本飲むと5500円かかるらしいのでとてもお得です。 コークオンパスのデメリット コカコーラ自販機が意外とない 沢山あるんですがどれも少し散歩しないといけないものばかりなので、毎日散歩しなければいけません。 ### 3/5 — 2024年5月16日記入。⭐︎3つ *2024-05-16* 使用iPhone SE(第２世代) iOS 17.5 継続して欲しい機能 1.歩数によるポイント獲得。 2.キャンペーンにより特定の製品を購入するとポイント2倍。 3.地図機能により周辺の自販機が何処に有るか分かる事。 改善してほしい状態 1.一旦ネットに接続できない状態になると接続できる状況になってもiPhoneをリセットしなければまともにアプリが動かない事(他のアプリはネット接続できる状況になったらリセットせずに普通に稼働する。コークオンはずっと「ネットに接続できません」状態で使用できない)。 2.地図機能や歩数機能を確認しようとすると、いちいち現在のキャンペーンの宣伝が入る。 キャンペーンを確認したかったらその記事をタップする。地図・歩数をタップしたらまずその機能を出してほしい。 3.キャンペーンがLINEとの提携が多い。他のSNSとも提携してほしい。
