You want to track your order? Well you better close the app and reopen because the pay screen will never confirm you paid. After getting to the counter a very kind employee did inform the person picking up my order that one of my item's flavors (out of two) was unavailable so they subbed it for another. I think they should have waited and asked for a preferred substitute though. When I recieved my order it was upgraded a size either by accident or to compensate for the unavailable flavor which was appreciated, however they did not add my second flavor at all which was really disappointing as I was too far away by then and too close to closing to go back and get it resolved. I feel the whole point of apps are for convenience, and this time did not satisfy that whatsoever as I ended up paying something I did not asked for/like. ### 2/5 — Rewards Points Don’t Increase *2026-02-23, version 5.0.1* I buy through the app regularly and the points never increase. Also the app doesn’t give you a reliable estimate of the calories in each item. It only provides a wide range of calories. ### 1/5 — Poor mgmt *2026-02-16, version 5.0.1* Ordered a cake 2 days prior to pickup…upon arriving store mgr immediately went into defense mode then stated that someone grabbed the cake the day prior. Then proceeded to express how that was not his fault. Offered to make the cake the next day of which I declined & requested a refund…still waiting on it. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Incorrect Delivery Orders *2026-08-14, version 6.0.8* I don’t order ice cream often so to get the wrong flavor is irksome, and the app has no way to report the problem. Also, the app doesn’t allow you to just look at the menu without first clicking ordering. ### 1/5 — Rewards Points Don’t Increase *2026-06-08, version 6.0.6* I buy through the app regularly and the points never increase. I received a message from them to uninstall and reinstall it and that worked. But now it continues to not accrue points from my non app purchases where I give the cashier my phone number. I deleted and reinstalled it again and now it won’t let me retrieve my password. When you request a pwd reset it freezes up. Also the app doesn’t give you a reliable estimate of the calories in each item. How many times does one app need an update? Apple doesn’t even update their own apps/products that often - and that’s saying a lot because they also have updates for at least one thing each day.
