It keeps on giving me Chinese message that I have to switch to another shop but does not offer me way to select my store. I only have CS recommend. I am no longer able to choose Cold Storage shop. I am so frustrated that I have stopped using the apps for my weekly shopping and switched to another platform. It is so silly to use cheaper software solutions without proper understanding of shoppers preferences and habits. ### 4/5 — Great grocery shopping app *2023-09-25, version 5.36.0* I like the app, comparable to Fairprice one. Range of stuff is good, with same day delivery slots (that’s fantastic offering). What I would like is if Dairy Farm could merge all offerings from Giant and Cold Storage into 1, instead of telling shoppers that prices may vary (why do I need to care?) Also an iPad app would be nice. I like the menu to be displayed on a bigger screen and in landscape mode, thanks. All that space but black bars at the sides is a big sigh. U can do better than Fairprice, come on. ### 1/5 — No show delivery *2023-09-07, version 5.34.0* I ordered my items today morning around 10 plus and scheduled my order for 7pm-9pm tonight as i urgently need the item for tonight and that scheduled time is the only free time i have. At 7.10pm i checked my app and it shows Rejection reason: [Cannot reach customer]. I was at home since 5pm and not a single door bell heard or phone call received. I got my husband to call at around 8pm regarding this rejection matter and had to call twice because the first call was declined by the CS. During second call, was told by the CS staff that he will check with the delivery personnel and will contact us back. BUT NO RETURN CALLS AT ALL! It will not take so long for you to call your staff regarding this matter. Please have some urgency to your customer service line. ### 1/5 — Another useless APP from local smart people *2023-09-01, version 5.34.0* Whenever trying to checkout it says delivery overloaded can cannot even select later delivery. Same items tried on website….can! No problem at all!! Then why need to use this app?? What you ppl in your mind?? Speechless ### 1/5 — Poor customer service and missing order *2023-08-01, version 5.33.0* Delivery window is fixed for 2 to 4pm. Items wasn’t delivered. Called the customer service to check and he promised to call back to update. Didn’t receive any call back from him. Tried calling the hotline again in the evening and was diverted to voice message. Emailed them but they didn’t respond with any investigation or update. A delivery guy arrived at almost 11pm with partial of the orders but declined him as there are frozen items which doesn’t seem to be in proper packaging to keep it in good condition. Was informed by the delivery guy to call the warehouse myself to check on the order. Called the customer service again the next day and was told that they will investigate within the day and respond to my full refund.
