### 5/5 — Great for last minute meal prep and meal tracking

*2026-05-13*

I’ve used this app for a few days now, and it has been really helpful for figuring out dinner when I forgot to lay something out, or when I don’t know what to make.

I also like how it easily integrates with Apple Health so I can track my calories and fat intake. It’s cools how I can easily build a shopping list through the app as well.

At $3.99 a month it is a good deal because if it saves me from buying one fast food meal a month it paid for itself.

**Developer response:** Thank you — "pays for itself by avoiding one fast food meal a month" is exactly the math we hoped people would run. If you haven't tried the barcode scanner yet for tracking
packaged items in your health log, give it a go. More coming soon. — ColdToCooked
