Watch app only and doesn’t write to apple health. There are several free apps out there that do much more.  In response to the developers update.  I stand by review.  I tried multiple times to request a refund and it was rejected.  Even after the developers comments.  I will continue to use another app that has a phone companion app and writes plunge time to health.

**Developer response:** Would you like a refund? Apple did not allow me to write to the fitness app as they do not deem cold plunge as a ”workout”. Now I just released v1.1 with water temperature being written to apple health. 
It states clearly on the app store that it is watch only, but I am currently developing a iOS companion app. 
I am sad you find the app worthless, you should not have to pay for it if you don’t get any value from it - please reach out so we can fix the refund!

Just downloaded and looks like it’s got everything I’ll need. Couple of questions as can’t find anywhere to message:
1. Can you add a countdown timer so we don’t have to look at the watch?
2. Can you get a shortcut link so I don’t have to scroll through my other apps to open it? 👍🏻

Absolutely love using ColdTrack! As a wellness instructor, it's the perfect companion for post-sauna plunge or cold shower and cryotherapy sessions. Helps me stay on top of my wellness routine effortlessly. Highly recommend!

Great little app, very simple to use.

Only one question as I couldn’t find how to reach out to ask this separately- how do I view my previous tracked sessions in Apple health? I’ve been looking and can’t find anything anywhere.
