Only add new ones. Support said they are working on bringing this feature back. This was a month ago. A month and not able to add an edit button. The chiller works when it runs, but the scheduling is unreliable. It seems to depend on the phone instead of the unit, and I’ve had multiple days where the water wasn’t cold because it simply didn’t turn on. Only way to make it work is running it 24/7, which defeats the purpose and increases your electric bill. Customer service is just as bad. Slow responses and no clear answers. You end up chasing them for basic support. Not worth it. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. Regarding the scheduling function, please make sure that your chiller stays powered on and maintains a stable internet connection. You can also check whether your scheduled settings have been saved in the schedule list. Once the schedule is successfully set, it works as a cloud-based timer — when the preset time arrives, the cloud sends a command to start your chiller. Our local tests have shown that the scheduling function works properly. The on/off and temperature control is good, but this app is mostly trash. I know the Coldture team, so if you’re reading this: YOU CAN DO BETTER! ### 1/5 — App scheduling is broken *2026-03-12, version 1.5.1* Unfortunately the scheduling to turn the cold plunge on and off with the app just doesn’t work and is very buggy. Unfortunate given that this is one of the main reasons I purchased this product. The company has said that they are going to fix it but haven’t made any updates despite saying they would 6+ months ago ### 1/5 — Why even offer the app *2025-12-01* I plunge in the morning and there’s no better way to derail your routine than to have this app fail you. Over and over and over. Have had this setup for almost two weeks and more than half the time I’ve woken up to the chiller powered off as it never received the scheduled command. Straight garbage. I’m left with two options - either keep it running 24/7 or return it. Leaning towards return as the cost of this setup will quickly surpass a more premium one with it constantly running. **Developer response:** First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by our app. To help resolve the issue as soon as possible, you can follow these steps to check: 1. Ensure the device is online: Please check whether your device has been connected to a stable Wi-Fi network and has maintained normal power supply without disconnection after setting the schedule. 2. Reset the schedule: If you have removed the device from the app and re-added it after setting the schedule, the previously set schedule will become invalid and needs to be reconfigured. 3. Check the schedule records: You can go to Profile -> Message Center -> Notice in the app to view system messages indicating whether the scheduled task was successfully started. Wishing you a pleasant day! ### 1/5 — One of the worst *2025-11-26, version 1.4.9* Quite possibly one of the worse apps I have used for what is supposed to be a high quality product. When I tried to reset my password the first time and it would not send me a link (100% confident I was using the correct password in the 1st place yet it would not work) the support center said it’s a known issue and to use a different email address and redo my account. That’s an unreal statement. Now, after using another email address, it’s doing the exact same thing. Basically, since you cannot stay logged in, you’ll need a new email/account everytime you try. Lol ### 1/5 — Horrible - don’t buy! *2025-09-15* If they’ll fix things and make it right I’ll take this down but until then I want you to know it has been nothing but a hassle working with these people. They sent me defective parts and then I had to pay to have replacement parts sent out . The app is terrible and doesn’t work either **Developer response:** We apologize for the poor experience. Could you please provide more detailed feedback about the issues you're encountering with the app? ### 1/5 — A Not So Very Good App *2025-09-09* Besides the lack of support, the app barely functions. In order to see accurate temperatures, you have to quit the app then restart each and every time. It has an option to tell you how long it will take to heat up…it doesn’t work. Always shows zero hours. It surprisingly has a schedule feature that, you guessed it, doesn’t work as described. I’ve set multiple timers for on and off, they never do anything but frustrate me. Do not recommend. I only have it so I can use the one feature that works, intermittently, and that is to start and stop the chiller without having to manually do I on the chiller. Hands down the most frustrating and poorly designed and supported app that I have possibly ever been required to use. For the other issues you mentioned, would it be possible for you to provide a screen recording as feedback? ### 3/5 — Frustrating. *2025-09-03, version 1.4.7* I only loaded this app because I wanted to have it on a timer, as I plunge every morning and want it ready when I wake up. Multiple times it doesn’t turn on with the timer.
