### 2/5 — Save house apparently = contact the agent

*2022-10-21, version 9.2.72*

My partner and I are not currently able to purchase a house right now but I like to save homes to show him and get his feedback so in a year or two from now when we are seriously inquiring, we are on the same page. This is the only app I’ve used that if I tap the “heart” to save it, I get bombarded with emails from agents about my “inquiry on the property”. I am not and have no intention of making a serious inquiry, I am just saving it to be able to find that property again in a few hours. It is really annoying on my end and I feel bad for the realtors wasting time to send these emails. I cannot find a way to not have these emails send to me either. There is already an “Ask a question to the realtor” and “request a showing” so I don’t know why it does that. There are enough of similar apps out there that I have no problem deleting this one.

### 3/5 — Very buggy (as of Sep 2022)

*2022-09-13, version 9.2.72*

Can’t see multiple pics of a listing from Saved tab, only from Search tab.

“Hide” is a very desirable feature, but alas it doesn’t work — listings don’t stay hidden.

When I send a question to Realtor, no response. Apparently they don’t receive the message.

### 3/5 — Mobile Limitations

*2022-07-11, version 9.2.72*

Users are capped with the number of likes/saves they can use via the mobile application. After one hits the mobile limit, users must either delete homes or use the website. Not sure why there is a limitation for the mobile function, but it’s a easy fix.

### 3/5 — Doesn’t work for having an account!

*2022-06-15, version 9.2.72*

Coldwell Banker is too big of a brand to have a consistently dysfunctional app. I loved the Zip Realty app and never had problems with it.

### 3/5 — Buggy

*2022-02-20, version 9.2.71*

The app works pretty well overall but is super buggy once you start saving homes and searches. Photos don’t work right from saved searches or saved homes on the mobile app. Have to keep writing down the address (because it won’t let you select that text) and plugging it in to an individual house search to get photos to work again. Most of the time I just use Zillow or HomeSnap apps instead because they’re more reliable. Would be happier to stay on the Coldwell Banker app if it worked as intended.

### 2/5 — Still has real basic bugs

*2022-02-02, version 9.2.70*

The app completely locks up and requires a force close if I rotate my phone to landscape while viewing pictures full screen. Many of the listings will only show 1 image for the home, but if viewed via the website it will show all the photos. The HOA calculation in the mortgage calculation often goes crazy when homes don't have an HOA, like it says $2,519 per month but HOA is shown as "N/A" as it's a single family home.

### 2/5 — Way too buggy

*2021-02-16, version 9.2.54*

The layout to this app is nice and has the same visual look as the other realtor apps but it is just way too buggy. As soon as I change the orientation to horizontal the app freezes and crashes every time. Also, the app the buggy when it comes to searching for homes using the map view. I’m using the iPhone 12 Pro Max so it is not like my phone is out of date and does not have the processing power to run it.

### 4/5 — Great app but listings can be deceiving

*2021-02-13, version 9.2.61*

The app is quite responsive and makes it east to locate desired properties. However, I have noticed that HOA fees normally associated with communities has been omitted, making the cost appear lower than it really is. That’s almost as bad as hiding flood zone designations. Competitive apps still show this information.

### 1/5 — Three days late in posting homes

*2020-07-03, version 9.2.54*

The app takes 3-4 days to post new homes, and in our area, that means the homes are already under contract. Moreover, the app doesn’t filter out homes under contract, and it doesn’t show all the homes for sale in the map area. Doesn’t show price history or data for neighborhood. Also, most price per square foot data is missing. In short, use Zillow, Keller Williams, or some other app.

### 1/5 — Wish Coldwell's app could be as good as Locations

*2020-07-03, version 9.2.54*

Any chance you can have a new app developer? It doesn't look professional :( you can't see the text written in blue font because it's on top of an ocean picture. It's not easy to find agents or set an agent. The Coldwell banker emblem is all blurry at the top. Please redesign! Sharing feedback with the best of intentions and hoping it can help the app developers.

### 2/5 — Glitchy

*2020-06-25, version 9.2.54*

The app is basically fine until you rotate your phone while looking at a photo. The app freezes every time.

### 1/5 — Not updated

*2020-03-01, version 9.2.51*

Unfortunately the for sale listings that went into contingent have not updated and still showed for sale active. Yet the same listing on the website shows contingent just not the app. Deleted. Will use regular website

### 1/5 — Awful, awful search functionality

*2019-10-06, version 9.2.1*

Search software is archaic and not at all intuitive. But then again is Coldwell’s website. One of the largest real estate company in the US and they can’t develop a better app and website??

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Buggy and Slow

*2022-12-29, version 9.2.72*

The app is really buggy and slow especially when trying to move around a map view. Saved homes do not show photos and if you try to search the address of your saved property to see all the pictures the app glitches and takes you to the Home Screen. I have to use other real estate apps to review all the photos.

### 1/5 — Kathryn Doubet

*2021-10-02, version 9.2.67*

Kathryn Doubet is a deceiving and unethical realtor. She is unwilling to release us from a buyers agreement my husband and I both were unaware we signed. When we said we wanted to go with another realtor, we were told no because of the “7 months of professional real estate advice and hard work searching for a property.” Even though we were on an automatic email list. Not only is Kathryn unprofessional but she is also rude and unkind to her clients. I would not recommend this real estate business of Kathryn Doubet to my worst enemy. I am very unsatisfied and disgusted by Kathryn’s response to wanting to go with another realtor.

### 1/5 — Filters Limited

*2021-04-11, version 9.2.62*

The filter functions are very limited on the app. In addition over half of the homes are contingent and you can’t filter out the contingent homes. In addition if you click on a home and search through the photos and hit the back arrow in the app it brings you to the top of the list of searching homes, you will then have to scroll down through the homes you’ve already reviewed.

### 1/5 — Frustratingly can be

*2020-12-24, version 9.2.58*

The app resets your searches often so you have to scroll through the listings all over again. The app continually jumps through views when you are attempting to just use a simple function of scrolling; this will reset your listings or pictures you are looking at. The app contains what you are looking for but is very frustrating to use.

### 1/5 — Your Personal Info Required

*2020-11-11, version 9.2.57*

I went back to my browser so that I did not have to open an account with Caldwell Banker. The last thing I want is them getting the data on me and everything I’m looking at and calling me to “schedule a visit”

### 1/5 — Are zero stars possible?

*2020-10-09, version 9.2.56*

Even when you select to not show houses that are pending, they still show up in your search, so don’t ever get your hopes up. Of all the house hunting apps, this is by far and away the bottom of the list.

### 1/5 — Room for much improvement

*2020-09-27, version 9.2.56*

Just doesn’t work well, doesn’t stay in one area, especially when searching multiple states, search doesn’t work consistently and randomly pulls data. Can’t eliminate leased land options and have to go several layers deep to even determine if it is leased land. No ability to search ranges on hoa cost, Just not a good experience. Need a lot of improvement.

### 1/5 — Constantly Pending and Active

*2020-09-21, version 9.2.56*

When you try to disable pending and active homes on the map menu the app CONSTANTLY still shows them to you. It is extremely irritating to use. I use Zillow then look the house up on their website to check the mls status

### 1/5 — Unable to change my agent

*2020-08-19, version 9.2.54*

I started with Coldwell Banker recently and was assigned an agent on the app. I can’t change it. No one can. My clients also have been assigned a different agent and are unable to change it. I asked my manager and he was told that we just can’t change it. Does this make any sense?

### 1/5 — Filter key phrase doesn’t work

*2020-07-19, version 9.2.54*

If you type in a key phrase into the filter it doesn’t work, and you can edit it. You have reset the entire filter to fix it. I also wish they had the options of more filters like garage, number of spots in a garage, pool, ranch. I could probably use the key phrase for this...if it worked...

### 5/5 — Phil Kovach Realtor

*2020-02-15, version 9.2.5*

We were introduced to Phil through a referral, he is amazing. I highly recommend his App for your home search, but more importantly getting a referral to a great agent you can trust!

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2019-04-01, version 9.1.7*

This is a great app to use when searching for properties. I can’t remember the amount of times I endlessly scrolled back and forth on this app. This is how my wife and I found our great realtors Cathy & Connie. The property my wife and I just closed on was listed on the app with much detail and was user friendly. What I love most was how fast the app updated. It would show accurate status of homes on a daily basis. I recommend this app to anyone that are looking for houses.

### 5/5 — Wow the best site Ever!
