What kind of completely unhinged staff training is Coles giving their people?! ### 1/5 — Absolutely frustrating *2026-05-25, version 1.5.6* Unusable app. It keeps freezing with inability to return to the home page. This is a transparency issue and i suggest people contact the accc because when the enough people speak out we turn the seeming Goliath on its puny little head and put things into proper perspective. Humanity has the power, NOT corporations. ** i had difficulty signing up as it was highly confusing & they really need to improve new sign ups. I called customer service, and they were really good I was able to compare against other apps and carriers because i live near a data congestion area on my yearly phone plan, and so ive been trialing different providers and using data on a spare device. ** Compared with other Apps, coles mobile is more intuitive than Amaysim( harder to use than coles), Telstra ( ABSOLUTELY horrendous), Optus (less intuitive to use than coles but more info ), and aldi mobile. missing some data but in many ways i found it easier and simpler. ### 1/5 — Very Buggy. Multiple verification emails that don’t go back to the app but rather a web browser that then says the session has timed out. Customer service was really lovely and caring eventually tech support reset my network. Then I was able to get messages to say who had called but still no calls came through and still not able to make calls. This was an improvement but the problem was still not completely fixed. Called customer service back and they again referred the issue back to tech support. I am pleased to say that the following morning my phone was all back to normal in less than24 hours.
