The move-in was very easy and simple. The apartment was furnished and comes with a full gas cylinder and stove kit. The property manager was very accommodating and helped resolve internet and DTH issues. The cleaning service is okay, need to ask if you want something in particular to be cleaned. Good security measures (cameras, biometric entry). The use of washing machine can become annoying since there is a limited number of machines and most of the folks need to use the machine at the same time. Good mix of people which allows you to enjoy festivals and events while away from home. They won’t solve the issue. They provide irrelevant bills. They won’t pay you back. They will try to blame you. They say raise a ticket, and then won’t do anything Worst decision to move in here. They show less price on their sites but what you receive at the end of the month completely amazes you. They just find different methods to take money from you. Initially they will talk good about the place and promise to provide amenities like WiFi, house cleaning, basic DTH service, clean community kitchen and proper reception.... Let me get it pretty straight the auto generated message directly talks that the room is clean however when you reach the room and observe the mess will be just like that. Have been asking for a basin in washroom since the day I arrived, still no signs of any such arrangements. There is no person to listen to the concerns of the people residing here. WiFi more or less gets restarted and you have to manage on your own data. Purifier has algae all inside it and they expect us to stay quite. Here(Bangalore) we come to work, but due to all troubles can’t even concentrate on the basic things we need to concentrate on. I have seen a guy getting harassed and not provided the deposit back and nonsensically harassing people who just want to live in harmony ...... 2 months and my complete view regarding this smart stay colive . ### 4/5 — Great locality and convenient and helpful staff *2021-08-06, version 3.0.28* Great co living space, very clean and feels like home. They have many rules, though sometimes they neglect customers and provide wrong information. And if you got the right property manager who responds in time, then you are lucky.
