It’s super easy to use and helps you manage your pet’s health, activities, and appointments all in one place. It also has unique features like Chaperone, which is one of the coolest additions. If you want to care for your pet smarter and easier, Collar is a must-have! ### 2/5 — Freeze, freeze, freeze *2024-10-22, version 2.0.6* I am so tired of having to close the app and relaunch every time I want to go back or change page. And customer service does not reply. Most app have regular update. But not this one. Really frustrating ### 2/5 — Not fit for purpose *2024-02-18, version 2.0.5* I keep trying to be positive about this app and give it a chance as it has many great features but fundamentally I am frustrated every time I use it. Which is mainly when I want to book daycare or purchase packages for my dog. I don’t want to book a date and time when I bulk buy passes, I would like to buy the passes and use them when I am ready to. I also don’t then wish to wait for the purchase to be accepted before I can make further bookings - my day is so busy with my job I tend to sort out daycare in the evening and would like to do it all in one go. I have to book one day at a time which means if I am booking 5 - 10 days in one go all them have to be done individually rather than all in one go. The system my daycare provider used before they transferred over to this app was far better for the customer than this. Navigating around the app is also frustrating, there needs to be more ability to ‘go back’. I also can’t see how many passes I have available nor can I see what the cost is until I have got through to the payment section which is too late. There is a lot that needs sorting out on this app, it would cause me to go elsewhere if I had the choice. ### 3/5 — Buggy *2023-08-15, version 1.1.57* Nice idea and interface but the bookings functionality is very buggy. No idea how to get my monthly invoice and yet payment is requested. How do I check the amount is correct? ### 5/5 — A great concept. Big fan so far. *2023-02-18, version 1.1.45* My dog’s daycare moved their booking and billing system to Collar. I downloaded the app as directed by them and I really love it. Booking is super easy as I can view availability at a glance. I think the messaging feature in the app is genius. It makes total sense to have it all in one place! ### 1/5 — Great concept but quite a few app bugs *2023-02-08, version 1.1.44* The daycare I use for my dog have moved over to this platform so I have started using this app. First, the vet I use is not in the list when I search and does not allow an ‘other’ option for me to input details myself. When trying to contact collar via the message function in app it is absolutely impossible. On the back of this I the tried to create a group, then when going to ‘manage users’ the app crashes and goes back to the app home page. To add to this, I can only see three daycare dates at a time rather than what I have booked for the next few months, which is useless to me especially if I am travelling. I’m really disappointed with this app and not looking forward to using it in future. It makes the whole process of booking daycare so much more complicated than simple. ### 5/5 — Great for dog sitters *2022-01-04, version 1.1.11* Collar is a great way to share all of my pups details with her dog sitters!
