It is apparent that the game is officially broken. The developer response is COMICAL?They know you can’t get in app support, there are no emails to get responses from nd their social media pages are ignoring all requests. There is no way to ACCESS IN APP SUPPORT SINCE THE BROWN BAG REWARD (which is freezing game) instantly pops up when you open the app. THEREFORE, you can’t open the In App support you constantly say to do and no emails you list in Apple Support info works. UPDATE: there is no IN APP support. The email VooDoo lists for tech support in invalid. The FB messenger is ignoring everyone and whoever responds to these reviews is falsifying about InApp support. It doesn’t exist. Hundreds of ppl are experiencing the brown bag reward from Treasure League freezing the whole game. No support answering emails or FB Messenger. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING for this game since it glitches and there is zero support to help. I reached out to tech support to try to resolve the issue and your Facebook messenger account said you would check it out and get back to me. That was almost two weeks ago…still no update. ### 1/5 — What happened? *2026-08-30, version 2.47.0* This was working just fine, then all of a sudden the card pack pops up for you to collect, and you tap to open and nothing. It’s just not opening now and gets stuck on it. I’ve tried looking for a current update, and even unloaded the app and reinstalled it. Still glitching. Please fix this. I’m really far in the game and don’t want to have to start all over. Thank you Update 8/26/2026: I see there’s an update. I hope it fixes the issue I’ve been having for quite a few days now, where you have a pack of cards to open and it just is stuck there. If the new version works, I will come back on here right after and give the thumbs up. If the update doesn’t fix it then I’ll just leave this review as it is. 8/27: Still not updated. The recent update did not fix the glitch. This doesn’t get fixed soon, I’m just going to delete this app and find another game like this to download. I’ve been playing this game for a very long time with no problems, and now all of a sudden, there’s a problem and people wanna act like they can’t fix it. And it looks like I am not the only one that is recently complaining about the glitching. And all we do is get a response from the developer telling us to email someplace that doesn’t get back with us. You are the developer, how about you take it up with your IT team and get it fixed, before you lose a lot of customers. Still not fixed. It’s been about a week now since this glitch hasn’t been fixed and I believe there might have been at least two updates since the glitch started. It gets stuck on a pack of supposed to open, but when you click on it to open it, it just starts bouncing around and not opening and gets stuck there. 8/30: Checked for any new updates… nothing. Decided to open and check the game anyway, hoping it was miraculously fixed. NoPe, still gets stuck on the stupid card pack. All these reviews left for mostly the same issue, and someone isn’t paying attention (or doesn’t care). I’m tired of updating with the same schitt over and over. Falls on deaf ears. I’m done.
