### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-08-14*

It's just a money grab they don't want to help first thing you get asked is question on settlements you missed out on then boom they make up a random generated number. Next they say HEY PAY ... it's getting tiring... you shouldn't have to buy a subscription. Like hello we are trying to get paid here not spend ya trying to help or not.

### 1/5 — Frozen

*2026-08-07*

I want to try this app, so I’m giving it stars here, but a bit irritated as I’m stuck at the onboarding screen trying to click to pay.

**Developer response:** That is not expected behavior. Please email collect@ferrixlabs.com with your device model and what happens after you tap the plan so the issue can be investigated. — The Collect Team

### 1/5 — DO NOT GET IF UR FROM AUS!!!

*2026-08-06*

there were only reviews about the US and this app is such a scam!!!! wasted my money. i cancelled my subscription and emailed them to refund my money and i still haven’t gotten my money back. waste of time do not get this app

**Developer response:** Collect supports Australia, but available settlements vary by market and eligibility depends on each case. App Store refunds are handled at reportaproblem.apple.com; collect@ferrixlabs.com can help with the purchase. — The Collect Team

### 1/5 — SCAM!

*2026-07-26*

This is terrible! You take my money to give me money but i dont get any?? its a pyrimid scheme and if you really wanna make money maybe actually try to help settle the claim (Which mean giving people their money!) or dont make a plan that u cant back up.

**Developer response:** Collect does not pay settlement awards or deduct its subscription from them. Awards come directly from the official administrator. The subscription covers discovery, matching and deadline tracking, and eligibility is never guaranteed. — The Collect Team

### 1/5 — Unable to sign up

*2026-07-26*

Unable to sign up through the app please fix it. I’ve deleted and downloaded and reset at least 5?58’es and it’s not responding

### 1/5 — Monthly subscription model

*2026-07-25*

Don’t get influenced by cheap instagram influencers. This app is a monthly subscription model and who knows if it even works or not. The interface of the app is very cheap, they charge $18 per month or $50 per annum and honestly it feels like it’s nothing more than a scam app promoted by those cheap instagram influencers in their cheap content

**Developer response:** Collect is a paid subscription, regardless of where someone hears about it. Every settlement links to its official administrator, where it can be verified and filed directly; Collect never takes a share of an award. — The Collect Team

### 1/5 — Most Stupid app ever

*2026-07-25*

All it is doing is collecting our data , do not download.

**Developer response:** Collect uses the information you provide to match you with relevant settlements. Questions about account data can be sent to collect@ferrixlabs.com, and the privacy policy is available from the store listing. — The Collect Team

### 1/5 — Can’t get past the subscriber page

*2026-07-23, version 2.6.2*

Can’t get past the page to subscribe

### 1/5 — PAY TO GET IN. A ACTUAL REAL PERSON

*2026-07-22, version 2.6.2*

The only way to get in is paying if you don’t pay no getting in that sucks. Developer do different.

### 1/5 — Bs

*2026-07-22*

You’ll get an estimate to what you are owed then takes you start to a subscription page and won’t let you past it into the app unless you pay them 🤣🚮

**Developer response:** The onboarding figure is an illustration, not a calculation of money owed to you. Actual eligibility and any award are determined by the settlement administrator. Collect is a paid discovery and tracking service. — The Collect Team

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Only works in US??

*2026-08-22*

I’m not sure if it’s just me but it seems to only be for US claims

### 1/5 — Subscription

*2026-08-22*

Don’t bother, long intro to get you hooked with sunk cost fallacy just to not even run you through how the app would function. Any organization that thinks we’d download an app after not seeing any actual interface the app has to offer is stupid.

### 1/5 — Uhm no

*2026-08-21*

Asks you a bunch of questions then tries making you pay over a hundred for a yearly and/$13 a month. Doesn’t let you see if it works first no test try or trial length nothing just answer questions claim how much you’ve missed and forces payment. Don’t believe false reviews if they claim to love an app but not once mention having to pay to even use it. It’s a way to get downloads and claimed as free hit not even in the slightest it’s free download not use

### 1/5 — Monthly payment + Only for U.S users

*2026-08-21*

Why should I have to pay a monthly subscription just to claim settlements that are supposed to be free ?!!!!!

### 1/5 — Can’t get past the screen without paying

*2026-08-20*

App is a joke, makes you pay to even get past the first screen with no evidence of receiving anything. It’s a trap.

### 1/5 — Useless.

*2026-08-20*

Wouldn’t let me past the subscription page. I was under the impression I just open the app and find open settlements. Putting this tool behind a subscription wall is actually really lame. This could’ve been a cool and useful app. Instead, everything’s about money.

### 1/5 — Paywall

*2026-08-20*

Unless you’re willing to pay… there is a paywall locked behind everything.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2026-08-18*

I didn’t click for the yearly subscription. It has my phone locked until I pay this app 35 dollars and I can’t download or update anything until I pay for this.

### 1/5 — Money

*2026-08-17*

Made me pay money

### 1/5 — Nothing works

*2026-08-16*

Its a total scam thats just after you money 😡

*2026-08-17*

Easy to negative and a convenient way to find settlements I may qualify for.

### 5/5 — Owed to me

*2026-08-13*

This app told me about funds I missed. Now I’m going to watch carefully on who’s doing what that concerns me and my family.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2026-08-09*

I absolutely love Collect! It has made filing my claims so much easier and faster—I can get everything submitted in less than 3 minutes! I also love that I’m always kept updated when new eligible applications become available. It’s so convenient and takes the stress out of keeping up with everything. I’m honestly so happy I found Collect! Highly recommend!

**Developer response:** Love hearing this. Collect is built to make it faster to find relevant settlements, understand the requirements, and get to the official claim form before the deadline. Thanks for sharing your experience. — The Collect Team

### 5/5 — Easy to use app

*2026-07-26*

So glad I found this on TikTok!! It’s so easy to use

### 5/5 — Ms Blayze

*2026-07-24*

Wow what an awesome app to help me receive what I deserve 💕

**Developer response:** Settlement administrators decide eligibility and payment timing, which can extend well beyond filing. Collect helps find relevant claims and track deadlines, but it cannot promise an award or when one will arrive. — The Collect Team

### 5/5 — JwoSi que me he quedado
