Do you keep up with your Action Figure collection using a spreadsheet? Wish it could do more? Collector’s Case is designed to allow you to track YOUR toys and your collections in ways that work for you. You can keep track of specific items, add pictures of them, and add details for each item. It was designed to showcase your actual toys and collectibles. Have that rare prototype? Rocket Firing Bounty Hunter? Maybe even everyone’s favorite mouse on everyone’s favorite Commander. What about that Sliced Bread Barbarian? Showcase YOUR items and not someone else’s pictures and stock images. Keep the information you want listed! Need to dig up some information on your collection quickly? You can do an “Advanced Search” using specific details you need. Imagine you are at a convention and need to know which of your figures are not complete? If you added the detail on whether an item is complete or not, you can quickly do a search and see everything that’s complete or incomplete! I designed Collector’s Case to let me track my own collection, and hopefully it allows you to track yours too. I have been using a spreadsheet for years but wanted more out of it. I wanted to add pictures, for it to sync across all my devices, easily accessible and readable at conventions (where wifi and data can be quite scarce) and a lot more. Collector’s Case fits all my needs and helps me keep everything sorted and displayed quite nicely. This app is absolutely amazing and I have no complaints other than this one new update. This awful looking at liquid glass setting that messed up most of my collections and series now all the pictures look weird on some of them and there’s no way to revert it back. 😭😭😭 please make an option so we can choose either or rather than being forced to do the liquid version and messing up all my previously made stuff. Other than that, though this app is really really good and it’s a high recommendation for me. ### 5/5 — Collecting app *2026-03-03* I’ve tried many collectors apps to track my collections and this one far surpasses. The ability to see all your collection categories to add your own pic for category in a list to add as many pic for each item and the many options of details you can add. Then to search your collection quickly. It’s nice to take my own photos and make my own notes, HOWEVER you should absolutely work a system in that showcases the total value of your collection on the main page and have the currency signs available for the price/value feature. In the future, it would be great to have a checklist items available for purchase or download as well as current market rates linked in as well. ### 5/5 — Excellent App! *2025-04-07* This is an excellent app for those looking to catalog a collection. I have a very large collection and this app has made it incredibly easy to capture the needed information and pictures of my collection. It has so much flexibility where others do not. Excellent App! ### 1/5 — You have to spend money *2024-08-02* At first I was really happy with the app. You can have different collections and have a lot of detail options which I think is a nice touch. But this was short lived because I found out you can only have 2 collections and only 5 figures in the collection. It’s ridiculous that an app like this even needs to be payed for since it’s literally just an app to make albums which you can do for free on other app. And paying do something like this is such a waste of money and stupid. Would not recommend. Don’t waste your money with this app, it’s not worth it at all ### 5/5 — Perfect app for any size collection *2023-11-24* Has everything needed to keep track of a sprawling collection without the bloat (or inflated price) of other apps. I especially appreciate that all data is kept in the user's iCloud rather than on 3rd party servers, after having lost 5 years worth of collection data after another app was bought out. Collection data can also be exported locally in Excel format for added insurance against complete data loss.
