Appears to need location permission, but it never ask so doesnt work.   Just a spinning wheel of "no college found".   Broke

I tried out the digital coupons at a few places offered in my town (Manhattan Kansas) and while they accepted the physical coupons, everybody I tried refused the QR codes on the digital one. There’s literally no point to have this app.
