The staff is soooooo friendly and accommodates any mishaps! App staff is also very flexible and delivered my sports pass for free when I couldn’t find their office location! It’s also super cool because you don’t have to make any payments at the time that you reserve. They also deliver the sports pass to you so that you don’t have to meet sketchy people yourself! You don’t do anything besides post that it’s for sale and they do the rest. They will pick up the pass from ANYWHERE! They really work with you and make it as easy as possible for YOU. I just got this app yesterday and I’m already in love with it. Super easy, super quick, couldn’t ask for more! ### 5/5 — So much more convenient *2019-09-15* I’ve seen so many GroupMes that die halfway through the semester because everyone is trying to sell their passes, but the app allows you to sell or buy without digging through your 120+ student groups! They’ll also take care of getting your pass or giving your pass, so you don’t meet with anyone in the alley filled with stray cats behind BSBE anymore. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Do not get this app!!! *2019-11-01* I would not recommend this app to anyone. Their hours of operation are completely inaccurate. There is no “hub” in front of the MSC- they make you go to the Zachary engineering building during hours that don’t correspond with the app. They also take hours to respond to text messages. You would have a better experience buying/selling your sports pass on Facebook. Do not recommend :/ **Developer response:** Huge apologies on our end for not responding to your message on time, you may have fallen into the cracks. This is our first semester actually rolling out our product after a long summer of hard work. We have been working tirelessly to tweak and automate features that would make your experience more positive. Since this is a home grown Aggie product with only 3 engineers, including myself, we have been doing our best in managing school, work, organizations, and 800 beautiful Aggie students. Rest assure, once our cool new features (including 3 new hubs) roll out, if you could take some time to reassess your decision, that would mean the world to us, thank you for you time and feedback! 😁 ### 4/5 — Great but needs some work *2019-11-04* The app itself works really well and is easy to use. However there is no “hub” and the times listed in the app aren’t correct. They paid immediately for the pass but you have to text constantly to meet with someone both to drop it off and pick it up. It shouldn’t be that difficult to get my pass back especially when I went to get it during the listed availability hours.
