I prefer to call to schedule a cab and use the app to see when the car is arriving. CYC has always given me a good experience. Keep in mind that Ithaca is not a big city and there aren’t massive fleets of cars like Uber in NYC. Schedule in advance if you need a ride and they will be there for you. If you wait until the last moment they may not have a car for you. ### 5/5 — Never had a problem *2022-02-23* I’ve used this taxi service for Medicaid and regular service. They’re always kind and come on time with a scheduled pick up and drop off. Only complain I have is the smell of cigarette smoke.
