This app hasn’t worked on my iPad in months.

Very difficult to use, hard to keep track of everything!!! I agree, It’s MUCH MORE DIFFICULT! I’m considering moving my account to another bank! It was much easier with the other system!!!!

When I want to check my balances it’s a 50/50 chance the app fails to update and it always says it’s an error on their end and to check back later.

I really like how easy the new app is to use. The website and mobile app are similar and really intuitive to navigate. The app seems to be much faster than the prior bank app as well. The tile dashboard design pretty much makes it so you can do everything on one page. The last plug, I am so glad account activity text alerts were included in the new app. Pretty simple to use!
