I used to use the app to look at my previous trips, to look at details and reminisce. I upgraded my phone this week and now I can't log into the app at all, not even with my reservation number. It's sad that you can't look at your previous trips unless you have another trip planned. When attempting to open specific days to view the itinerary, the app crashes. I have not vacationed with any other company in those land tours, but if that’s the way they all are then that’s perfect. This was my third vacation with Collette and they didn’t disappoint.
