Honestly we could not have had a better guide. Totally EXCELLENT from beginning to end. Six of us became sick and Savass handled it with tact and sensitivity of the seasoned Guide that he is. Whatever his salary, he needs a raise, his English is impeccable, kindness unequaled in our experience . Just can’t say enough about how Great he was. Thank You to Collette for having the caliber of Guids that make us want to use your company again and again. This was our 3rd trip with your co. And I garuntee our children will be back, as will we. It is very useful and convenient! The hotels for each area were totally appropriate to the area and the tour guide and bus driver were really extremely efficient and caring. It’s handy for quick reference for the itinerary . It’s got airline info in there. You can see your hotels and what is nearby. My favorite thing is that it stores past trips. Looking forward to adding a third trip with Collette. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — New update broke app *2024-10-12, version 3.3.1* The recent update on 10/10 unfortunately broke the app for me. When attempting to open specific days to view the itinerary, the app crashes. This is extremely frustrating as Collette encourages the use of the app while on trips. ### 1/5 — App crashes *2024-10-12, version 3.3.1* After latest update (October 2024) the app is unusable. When clicking on the destination and date tab it supposed to bring detailed itinerary for that day, instead it crashes. It’s too bad because before the update I loved the app. ### 1/5 — Crappy app *2022-05-28* The only thing this app did (other than take up precious space in my phone) was show irrelevant airline information (the same flights as I would gave had, had I been flying on those days). The airline app us much better. There are no maps, no hotel info, no way to see the day’s agenda, no way to contact the tour manager. You don’t have access to it, despite the fact that you’ve paid for the trip and it supposed to have all this info and tools to help you. Was confusing to check in for our flights (which confirmation code to use, etc). Like what time we need to wake up and be ready to board the 4x4 for our safari drive. I used to use the app to look at my previous trips, to look at details and reminisce. I upgraded my phone this week and now I can't log into the app at all, not even with my reservation number. It's sad that you can't look at your previous trips unless you have another trip planned. Needs to be able to import more than one picture at a time. I have not vacationed with any other company in those land tours, but if that’s the way they all are then that’s perfect. This was my third vacation with Collette and they didn’t disappoint. This was by far the best. The other two were great but this really left a utopian feeling on me. Collette really took good care in planning this.
