No way to track your order once you leave the page. Terrible functionality

The reservations page is a big fail; you can choose outlet, date, time and submit, only to have your request status show as pending for 3 days. And when you call the Seletar Outlet to inquire about it, they tell you the restaurant doesn’t accept reservations.
